Moved here last from Florida. Christina has been such a great help to me especially since I moved here sight unseen. She is very responsive and has made my transition stress-free. The property is well maintained and the maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. I am happy to being staying here for another year! Also, the apartment is so spacious and I am glad to be living in a building with quiet and respectful neighbors.

I moved into Riverhill after living in a "luxury" apartment for a year and am very happy with Riverhill. Riverhill and the luxury apartment are approximately the same size. The 2 advantages that the "luxury" apartment had were (1) washer and dryer in the unit and (2) age - a little over one year old. Neither of those advantages are worth the extra rent. Riverhill has hardwood floors and more usable living space, both of which are big advantages to me. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to everything, which is icing on the cake.

Love this apt. The staff is friendly and always very helpful. The few small maintenance repairs I needed were done the same day. Being new to Albany was a stress in itself the staff here made moving in a lot smoother. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had regarding the neighborhood and surrounding areas. I know now we made the right decision to move to Riverhill!!

I've been here for a couple months now and it seems to be a good place so far in my experience, the landlord has been very friendly in my encounters with her and answers any emails or phone calls in a timely fashion for any questions or maintenance requests. The rent is a tad high however everything except for electric is covered in it. I know other reviews mentioned potholes in the parking lot, I however haven't had that issue (so maybe they patched the road since the last review). I personally do enjoy how close it is to I90 and other exits/parts of Albany. The apartment itself is also rather

If you’re looking for an apartment, I recommend you keep looking. Grounds are pretty and the apartment is spacious, but if I could give this place zero stars, I would. The buildings are extremely old and require substantial updates, but management/staff just keep putting unsuccessful bandaids on it. The unprofessionalism and gossiping behavior exhibited by staff is absolutely deplorable.

My family and I lived here for 2 1/2 years and had a wonderful experience. Staff was always extremely helpful and friendly. Nick and Bill do a fantastic job keeping the grounds looking nice and providing prompt maintenance if anything goes wrong. The complex is animal friendly and even has a dog park. The main road Van Rensselaer Blvd. has a nice bike lane where you will find many people walking/running in the nice weather. All around great place to live.

I've been living here for about 3 months and I absolutely love it. The apartment is very spacious and pretty updated. Maintence is always quick to respond and Cassy was very helpful during the process of signing the lease. The best part is almost all utilities are included. I was worried about parking but there are always enough spots and the apartment is perfectly located. My neighbors have dogs and I've never any problems with them or any other dogs.
