I recieved a call 6 weeks ago from a 1-877 number and it showed up as Perfect Teeth on my phone and was told that it was time for a check up at the Golden Colo. office since the office close to my house in Arvada was closed. I made an appointment, went to my appointment today and when I got there wastold that they had no record of my haveing an appointment. also the girls in the office were not wearing masks.

The office in Greeley has been closed for over four months stating Dr.Tabor was out recovering from surgery and would be back January 2021. Called in January still closed, called in February still closed, called this week now learned he retired and they are looking for someone to take the practice over, not knowing when this would take place. This information was passed on to me from a receptionist from the Loveland office where the calls were being forwarded to. Perfect Teeth Corporate office should have notified his patients of the situation and options available not leaving everyone in the dark

I went in for a root canal and a crown. The doctor was so unsure of her work that she sent me to another office to get x-rays, she told me I would not be charged for this. Two years later they’ve sent $300 to collections. I have been on the phone with them and they have told me there is nothing that they can do. I was told a year ago that this would all be solved because the person running the office didn’t know what they were doing. Now I have a credit discrepancy. I would stay as far away from this business as possible

As other people have said, would recommend just about anywhere else if you can depending on your insurance plan. Always felt pressured into paying extra money for things I didn't need, something I've not experienced at other dentists. Then, after having no cavities for 27 years, after going to them twice I had 5 (with a bill of ~$550 WITH insurance). I'm not absolving myself of any blame, these are my teeth and I didn't floss enough. But clearly I've gotten better care in the past. Anyways, I got second opinions from 2 other dentists and their prices would have cost

Perfect Teeth/ Arapahoe, 7600 Arapahoe Rd#311, Centennial, CO was a huge mistake. I made 7 trips into their office for 1 tooth. Do you have time for that? And 1 of the caps they put on that tooth was so BAD it was cut down and still had to be put in OVER the tooth next to it. I had a balance at that time, and asked that it be refunded, they agreed: but are still billing me. I really believe YOU SHOULD NEVER GO THERE.

Upfront, I will say that they did not actually treat me, so keep that in mind when reading this review. I did not have a good experience trying to get care there though. I called them on Christmas Eve morning with a severe toothache (that ended up needing a root canal) and I was so happy that they were able to get me in the day after Christmas. However, then they called me back several hours later and said that the doctor wouldn't be in after all and they couldn't take me until the next week. Really? Now it's Christmas Eve late afternoon and I'm supposed to try to find another

Went to another dentist today after seeing the Perfect Teeth scammers. I don't have gum disease, like you told me. My new dentist said my teeth are very healthy. I may have a cavity because there was a little decay on one tooth, but they said I'm not there yet. Perfect Teeth told me I had gum disease! You told me you wouldn't even clean my teeth unless I had the $2000 procedure to scrape my gums. Oh and the bone loss you said I had, nope, not true either. I was so stressed out during that visit with you. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. My partner told me his experience

Terrible service and inconsistent recommendation. I've been visiting PT for over 18 years since I was a teenager but now will be looking elsewhere.

If you have ANY other option, stay away from this one.

I started going to this Perfect Teeth about a year ago, based on what seemed like decent reviews and a convenient location. I don't know if the doctor/staff changed right around when I started going there, but my experience did not match what I expected. I generally trust medical professionals, but I do not trust the team here.

More than anything, the interactions I had here over 1 cleaning/dental exam and 1 cavity filling made me SUPER uncomfortable. The information they told me from one visit to the next didn't match, and when

Horrible. Worst place ever. The girls that work there and do the cleaning are so sweet but you can tell they're brand new. The md was a rough Russian lady who doesn't explain anything. The xrays were painful and clunky and I had to help the girl as much as possible to get them done. They proceeded to tell me I have receding gums and no bone so my teeth might fall out (I have nice teeth). They charged me $102 because they charged me 39$ for a medication I didn't ask for and 33$ for a medicine because "my gums were bleeding" after being poked for an hour. They told me I have

The worst dental office in Denver.
If I could give zero stars I would.

If you have a choice of going to this dentist and knocking your own teeth out with a hammer; choose the hammer.
I scheduled an exam and cleaning. The exam consisted of checking my gums and an x-rays. The cleaning consisted of a cursory polish.
Insurance was overcharged, and cost out of pocket for a rinse they tell you is taken care of by insurance.
This place is a scam. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE.

The cleaning was fine, but the bookkeeping, folllow-up billing, and scheduling are way off-kilter. It was (and continues to be) a hassle and I'm finding another place.

-I don't know about the dental work, because the dentist took the day off for my cleaning and exam- and they didn't call me to reschedule, or even tell me that she wasn't there until I was in the chair. So, I asked if she could review my X-rays and call me to tell me if I needed to make another trip, they agreed, and then I heard nothing.

-they send multiple text messages to confirm your appointment and then

I'm new to the area and needed to see a dentist for pain/sensitivity. I've kept up with dental care and really wasn't looking forward to having to find a new dentist. I did a lot of research and decided for several reasons to go to Perfect Teeth. It was a good decision. Everyone from the time I walked in to the time I left, was very attentive. I left there feeling confident about my care plan. The office is small and in a good location with ample parking (which is really important for me). It's not pretentious which is great because that just means the cost of bells and whistles

The ONLY reason I didn't get 5 stars is because you can't do everything in one location. You have to bounce around to different locations for different work. But all sites have been very hospitable and friendly and have taken great care of me. I'm happy with all of my dental work!

PRO: hygienists (Maria and Cathy) are absolutely wonderful and seem on par with hygienists I've met at higher end practices

CON: very high turnover seems to guarantee you will never see the same doctor twice. Perfect Teeth has difficulty following their own basic procedures for an office visit.

RECOMMENDATION: go to a different dental practice if you can afford it

We had to go to a Perfect Teeth location based on our dental insurance coverage. We chose this location in early 2016 based on relatively good reviews compared to other Perfect Teeth locations, and we were aware of

I have been going to this Perfect Teeth location for over 10 years.

The dentist, assistants and hygienist are always knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. Every six months I go in for a checkup and a good cleaning - I want to keep my teeth forever.

My dentist and the lab lost the snaps to my implants and for years kept saying they were not available anymore. I kept showing them the information on where to get them, but they said I was wrong. Then, they said they were dismissing me as a patient!
I finally found a new dentist that deals with implants. He found the snaps in 1 day. It cost me a fortune to redo what the Perfect Teeth dentist did to me.

I called Perfect Teeth on Speer Blvd. to make an appointment because I was thinking of switching dentists. I asked if they accepted my insurance and they said yes, but then I asked if they were in-network (which is different) and I needed to know because I only have in-network coverage. The receptionist wouldn't verify even though it's her job to do so and simply told me I had to call my insurance. I told her I had already called and they had given me a list of providers to call, but that as a final measure I had to verify with the dental office too, just in case. She bounced the ball
