Sorry to say that after 15+ years I am truly disappointed with the quality of the food. I have allergies and this "was" the place that cared. But now that's over. To pay $17.50 for rice and it not be made the way I requested, could have cost me my life! I have an egg allergy as well as fish & seafood. And to add insult to injury; it was deliberately put in the bottom half, really! And you offer me a gift card or a remake, no thank you! This was a remake from Christmas when the rice didn't have the correct meat in it. Thanks to the old chef, I kindly throw in the towel! This new one is awful.

Yeah they have gluten free options, but I don't go out and spend $30+ on gf Chinese food just to have it be flavorless. The fried tofu had zero flavor or seasoning, same thing with the fried calamari and fried rice. Even the lemon chicken was atrocious. the only thing I like there is the house chicken, but it's definitely not a place I'd really recommend to other gluten free folks.

I was mightily disappointed to receive my food for the price I paid. I am gluten free and understand gluten free food sometimes is hard to accommodate. However if you offer an entire gluten free menu I expect a decent meal. The dish was in fact gluten free but tasteless. For my fried rice I got plain white rice with vegetables and chicken... Now I'm no expert chef but typically this dish comes with a sauce that provides flavor. That was no existent for a 15 dollar dish. I also received chicken with rice noodles. So I ordered take out NYE- ordered Chicken Fried Rice when I got home noticed that it was missing vegetables, I called just to let them know the excuse was the kitchen was busy and we can give me a new one tomorrow. I said tomorrow the point was I had company over to have dinner, funny how you order and they ask do you with to leave a tip but can't get your order correct.

This was my first visit with friends. They recommended it and after my first experience I will definitely be coming back. Excellent service and food. The food was prepared and served to a very quality standard. Everything tasted phenomenal and left you wanting more. I highly recommend checking it out for yourself you won't regret it.

My friend Joanne and I went to this restaurant. It was my 1st time there. Customer service was excellent. The food woz even better. I have been to a lot of places in Worcester to eat Chinese food but this woz the best out of all in Worcester. This place is a must visit. If you want the best Chinese food this is definitely the top place in Worcester to go.

My family and I placed a large takeout order from here today and it is most definitely some of the best Chinese food I've had in a while! It wasn't greasy at all and everything was really flavorful! The pork fried rice was so fresh and the General Tso's chicken was delicious! Everything was packed to go really well in sturdy containers that held up well and made storing the leftovers really easy. Highly recommend!

Trying to support local restaurants, but what an awful experience. Waited 2.5 hours for takeout order...only to find out (after several confirmations from staff that they had our order) they lost the order. … And they didn’t seem to care. Many ppl left before their orders were ready...what a waste, of food and loyal customers. We won’t be going back and we’ll be sharing our experience with our neighbors. Hard to support a local restaurant that can’t get their kitchen working properly...and they become apathetic towards their customers.

I've been told by multiple people in Worcester that Nancy Chang is their favorite Chinese restaurant in the area and that the Mai Tais are especially good.
Well, the Mai Tais are certainly strong, but that's the best thing about this place. The preparation of the food is a bit better and the food might be fresher than a typical Chinese takeout. But somehow, the food is even less flavorful and its significantly more expensive. You can't even fix it with chili oil, since their "chili oil" is so weak that its also basically flavorless. Strange Flavor chicken is indistinguishable

This is not your ordinary Chinese restaurant....everyone that works there...they are NOT CHINESE, which was quite the shocker.
Food was pretty decent. I do have to critique about their rice dishes like the chicken fried rice and just a simple bowl of white rice: WAY TOO DRY. Needs more soy sauce/water.
Outlook of the restaurant could be better...I would rather not be sitting on a broken cushion seat next time, please.

Some of the best Chinese food I've had in a long time! My cousin recommended this spot for healthy and fresh Chinese food and it was just that! I decided to get my order to go as I had worked all day! As I approached the counter I was greeted by an employee who recommended their beef and broccili over the chicken with broccoli, so I decided to get that.
