My wife and I have been to Russo's many times. We usually sit at the bar. The ambiance inside is very pleasing and eclectic (albeit truly Italian)! The food has been consistently great! Also, I am a big pasta "fan" and appreciate the fact that their pasta selection is entirely homemade and delicious! When we have dinned with friends in their 2 uniquely charming dinning areas, the service has always been good. However, our favorite server is Erin (the bartender)). She is excellent and very personable! As a result, we almost always dine at the bar. I highly recommend Russo's to people who enjoy authentic

The food was okay, if not a little overpriced. We had the gnocchi, salmon and pork chop dinners as well as antipasto, bruschetta and fried smelts for appetizers.
No real complaints there but no reason to return.
The real lowlight of the evening was the temperature of the dining room. We should have known when the hostess met us while wearing her winter coat and hat. Looking around we saw that everyone who was eating still had their coats on.
30 minutes into our meal I used the ambient temperature function on my G-shock Mudmaster and found that the dining room was 65 degrees.

Excellent lil place in Worcester for a great meal either romantic with your love or sharing the evening with friends and family.
The Gnocchi was so full of flavor and light as air with a decadent sauce. The meat lasagne beautifully presented and tasted like home. Attentive wait staff with wonderful food and drink. Looking forward to my next trip as well as Sunday dinner there with the family!

Our first time ordering from Russo's. 2 orders of lasagne, the restaurant called back and said the plate for the sheet noodles was broken, the chef could make a dish with all the same ingredients but no lasagne noodles. My husband arrived at the designated time for pick up and had to wait an additional 1/2 hour to pick up our food. The dish was okay tasting but in my opinion overpriced for such simple ingredients. Also the description listed sausage/meatball. If either of those were included they were ground to oblivion and nowhere to be seen. We ended up with flat triangular shaped noodles ( we

When we got there, it was unfortunately overworked and understaffed. However, with a bit of patience we came across one of the strongest waitresses, some of the most delightful decorations and ambience, and one of the best Italian dishes I've ever tasted. I would wait a week in a restaurant like this to get another meal like that.

My friend and I had dinner this evening here tonight and we’re very impressed! The food was absolutely delicious- bread and oil were flavorful and fresh- the mussels were cooked perfectly with an wonderful white wine sauce that left us wanting more bread to soak up the sauce! The homemade Limoncello was great- and the lasagna was top notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for true Italian cooking!

Decor is very nice and appealing. Lovely Italian restaurant on water street. However, the food was just alright. I was a bit disappointed by the Bolognese as it was too salty. The bread and calamari were the only great dishes. There is a weekday special of rigatoni with meatballs and that was also just decent. Meatballs were too soft and had an different texture. Unfortunately, the coke was also flat, not sure what’s going on there.

Great pasta dishes, great service, pleasantly relaxed atmosphere. We stopped there as we were in that area and needed to get a meal. Just a random pick. It was a very nice surprise. Waitress was knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. On site made pasta was great. We had sausage catcatori and lasagna. The sausage is the real deal. We also had some wine and coffee both very good. For desert we had "zeppole", very light little deep fried dough balls with two dipping sauces. Very yummy.
