Great customer service! Everyone I talked to was super nice and helpful. Communication was spot on! I really liked the fact they would send photos of any problems they found so I could see what they were seeing. They worked with me financially in making sure I could get the cheapest prices. Among other repairs, they did a timing belt change on my Honda and I truly felt my car was in great hands.

After not driving my 2011 Saab 9-3 for a few weeks, the battery was completely dead. Since its warranty had expired I decided to replace it. I contacted Robert who advised me that he didn’t have the right battery on site, but would by the time I arrived. A trickle charger and jump both failed, but a tow service was able to get it started. Robert immediately took the keys and before I could sit down and read a few emails, my car was at the front door waiting. It literally took less than 10 minutes.

I received excellent service at Avid Autowerx. I took my Saab in for an airbag recall and had them look at a couple of problems I was having. I usually do work on my car and I'm pretty good at it. This issue was something I could not figure out and didn't have time. I was hesitant because I was afraid of pay a lot for this repair. I'm so glad I took it in. They diagnosed the problem, sent me a detail explanation with pictures online and they resolved the issues. It was way less than what I was expecting. The car is running perfect and extremely happy with their service.

Rob and his team were amazing. They have great respect for a customer and are really good at what they do. I had to get my rear muffler replacement for my car done there. Right from the moment I scheduled my online appointment , I was promptly replied with a polite call confirming it, followed by a great job on my vehicle! Overall I am extremely stratified and would highly recommend them . Thanks Rob& team :-)
