I used to live in this complex. It was okay but just wished it was in a safer neighborhood. I feel bad for those affected by the fire here. I don’t know if anybody still needs clothes but I would be happy to donate some large men’s shirts to somebody who would be willing to wear them. Otherwise they’ll go to goodwill. Despite other reviews, I have really enjoyed living here. I think the maintenance staff has been helpful and responsive in a timely manner. I feel like the property staff is working very hard to fix all the problems that have occurred and want to make Orchard Park a great place to live. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone in the Salem area.
