Our first clue should have been the empty dining room on a sat night. Exorbitantly priced. My $75 beef was tough and fatty. My wife enjoyed her scallops but very high priced. No energy in the place. Tired surroundings. So many other, better restaurant choices.

Food has "meh" at best. The lobster bisque was good but it should be called seafood bisque as it was made with crab meat. The sword fish with eggplant parmesan, was bland and the eggplant wasn't parmesan, or eatable. Chocolate pear tortre was gross, cheap chocolate with a bad gram cracker. Service and ambiance we're very good, but it not worth the $300..

Wonderful gem of a restaurant. We had the set meals, I chose the lobster bisque with the filet mignon and celery truffle side and chocolate tart. My wife chose the wedge salad with the swordfish and the orange creme brulee. Both were exceptional. The wine selection work excellent. Both the red and the one and the service was fantastic

As others have pointed out, on days of fisher theater performances they offer a tasting menu which was perfect for us. Food was excellent, service was timely, and we got to the show on time.

Cuisine represents some of the very best Detroit has to offer. It delivers its namesake with perfectly assembled plates that tantalize the senses, from velvety smooth, rich tenderloins, to buttery seafood in decadent sauces. The desserts walk the knife's edge of opulent and delicate. Whether you are in the Theater Crowd or out for a top shelf dining experience, Cuisine will be my recommendation every time.

While I wasn't looking for such a high end establishment for a quick bite to eat, I was pleasantly surprised with my meal. The butternut squash soup was a nice starter, making the duck entree a nice follow. Will have to come back soon with the wife. Thanks.

Evenings that there is a show at the fisher theater, only the tasting menu is available until about 7:30 when the rush clears.
I mainly felt compelled to review to clarify that.
We did have a nice experience there tonight; the waitress was great, the food was good, but overall 4 star quality when compared to other restaurants we've gone to around this price point (D. Prime, G.T. Prime, Gordon Ramsay Steak, etc.)

Just left after dining here for the first time. My partner and I had a fantastic meal before going to see Rent at the Fisher. Chelsea served us. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place!

My New Year's eve 2020 started great! I was visiting my bf's family. They were very happy to see me and wanted to treat me to some great local food.
Since last year they had a great experience with Cuisine they decided to have dinner there this year again. The only dishes that I liked were the lobster bisque soup and pasta with caviar. Everything else was not worth the money charged. Especially the desserts. It tasted like they didn't make them by themselves but just bought them.
Overall I would give this place a better review if they didn't charge around $600 for 4 people...so expensive for
