I’ve been going to Noe Valley Auto Works for years. The two Service Managers I generally work with are fantastic. Issues are always clearly explained, described in terms of importance, reasonably priced, with service on time and up to expectations. As long as I live in SF, this is where I’ll get my car serviced.

I am lucky enough to live right next door to Noe Valley Auto Works, but even if I lived hours away, I would still make the drive. I cannot even begin to express how wonderful these folks are. I have come in for simple things like headlight replacements or oil changes, and have left with a fully cleaned interior/exterior, vehicle inspection and an incredibly reasonable bill. As someone who dreads dealing with car maintenance, I actually look forward to coming here. A great example of what customer service should look like everywhere. Ask for Fred!
