I have worked with Cheryl for very many years. She is so very pleasant and professional and always willing to address my changing needs or help me through concerns. I am new to the whole insurance world and really didn't have a clue about how any of it worked and what coverage I needed. Everyone at Heuer was SO helpful and nice. I worked with LaRee and she was beyond great. She is personable, knowledgeable and helped me get my insurance figured out in no time. I couldn't recommend this agency more. This is a fantastic insurance agency with competent and really helpful agents, including my agent, Laree Cobb. I met Laree while looking for landlord's insurance and, given the work she did, asked her to handle my other insurance needs. I love that she is always available to me, so patient and makes it so easy to deal with the several different policies I have. She gives great advice, is highly knowledgeable and always offers the best quotes from reputable companies. Equally important to me, she also acts more quickly than any other agent I've ever worked with. I highly recommend both

The world of Insurance is NOT the rosey fun-filled circus as seen on TV commercials. After going through an unbelievably frustrating process with Progressive, and their "agents", I was so fortunate to have Cheryl at Heuer contact me promptly after I emailed them. We shopped all of our insurance recently to four different brokers and Heuer was low bid all the way around! Our home insurance was a tiny bit more, but after sitting with our agent, Laurel Marsh, we realized we were getting way more coverage and benefits than we were with our last policy! They helped us with our daughter's policy, who is out of state and now have her as a customer! Laurel was so responsive to my questions and very thorough with her responses. Heuer Insurance is amazing, especially LaRee Cobb. I had a problem come up on a Friday afternoon, which took considerable time and energy for LaRee to resolve. She came into the office that Saturday, just to make sure my situation was handled. She even made sure I could get in touch with her over the weekend if necessary. I've heard of people going the extra mile, but LaRee went the extra 10 miles for me! I intend to be a lifetime client at Heuer.
