I've lived in this beautiful apartment complex for approximately two years. My mother's vehicle has been broken in two times this year, my vehicle was broken in just this morning, I'm not sure if the reason for the break in was because I complained to management with regards to the upstairs neighbors or not . Just be aware.

We have lived in Beach Creek Resort Apartments for 5 years. We loved it so much! It was just an amazing memories living there. For five years we haven’t seen anything negative to remember. Starting from the management Sarita and Jason and all the maintenance staff Raul, Michael and Jesus they were very nice and really friendly. They are very responsive to our requests in a timely manner. They do a lot of parties and activities in all seasons, Easter, Summertime, thanksgiving and Christmas. They keep the building clean and maintained all the time. The pool and the gym areas are great to enjoy

BEWARE!!! I Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I lived there less than 1 year, and already had my apartment broken into, in the middle of the night while I was at there sleeping. I was robbed, and my car got stolen. Management didn't even care or sympathize. They even stated that has never happened before. But after speaking with the police, other neighbors, and reading other reviews, it seemed that it was an often occurrence. Homeless people are often on the property lurking around and stealing. It's an unsafe environment to live in. Car break in's and theft occur on a regular basis, even

This has been and continues to be a wonderful place to live. From the lovely flowers to the well kept pathways, not only is the location well taken care of, so are the residents. Living here has been amazing and any small maitinence requests are taken care of within 24hours. There are great holiday parties hosted and the landlords take the time to really get to know their residents. The apartments here are at an extremely affordable price and are all well taken care of. My brother Mina and his wife sarah have lived in this place afew days before ,
They have sent me pictures and videos of that place,
It is really a wonderful place to live in , literally fantastic
They also found a very good regard and dealings from Ms Sarita the manager of this resort

I've lived here for a year, and I LOVE IT! It's so beautiful and quiet. Sarita and Jason are so accommodating and SO SO SO NICE.
My toddler loves the turtles and all the fish. The pool is always so clean, the neighbors are all nice and considerate. I love the laundry is open 24 hours because I am up at 5am and can get it done. Also love the laundry machine takes debit and credit cards so I'm not runnign to the bank for quarters.
EVERY single issue I've ever had (and there have been maybe 2) the management team dealt with IMMEDIATELY, within 24 hours.
I will live here until I buy another home

This is a very beautiful place!! The maintenance personnel come quickly and do a great job. Who really makes this place a joy is Sarita!!! She is always smiling and always manages to have residents feel liked their valued and important when they come in..i have been on my own for over 30 years and not seen an office manager like her but at the same time she is sure to let you know politely and non offensively if a tenant is breaking rules which is very hard to do,very professional and I've come to admire her very much!!They are lucky to have her!! Jason is also nice..The owners are a private family
