Transcending Path Psychotherapy is a therapy and counseling service agency in Indianapolis, Indiana. Depression counseling is working with a therapist to build new skills, and process thoughts effectively an in a healthy manner. Depression is something that we should all take seriously and seek help. Unmanaged or not properly managed distress or stress can lead to depression. Depression can feel like you are "drowning" and feeling hopeless.
