In 2014 Chef Andy Hyde moved to Naples, FL where he took a position as the Executive Chef at La Playa Hotel. Before launching his own business Mr. Hyde LLC in 2016, Chef Andy Hyde took one more position as the Executive Assistant Chef at the award winning Relais & Chateaux Hotel - The Wauwinet hotel at Toppers Restaurant.
We have tried to collect a diverse selection of wines to suit the diverse nature of our food. With examples from both the new and old world we have tried to ensure that each is of the best quality for the style and price. The New World continues to offer some of the best value for money, with South America especially, providing quality wines at affordable prices.

Hyde N Chic Restaurant is the absolute best restaurant in Naples, Florida! This is a "best in class" restaurant whose Chef (Andy Hyde) is a phenomenal Chef that makes every dish better than anything we have ever had. We had a 4 course dinner of unbelievable variety and texture and presentation. You can't get better than this in Florida. I am so lucky that my brother in Los Angeles sent me to enjoy Andy Hyde's exquisite food.

Unbelievable the attention to detail. My Wife and myself go all over in search of great restaurants; and this is by far the best we both have ever had in our Life. Chef Andy Hyde, went above and beyond to make our dinner extraordinary. He came to our table and made a point to take personal interest in us even when it wasn’t necessary.Out of all the tables there, we were probably the least important. This has been the worst dining experience my family and I have ever have(if I could give 0 stars I would.)We have traveled to multiple countries and eaten at many high end restaurants and have never been so insulted by a chef like this. The food took over an hour for each course to come out (it was a tasting menu with 4 courses to put into perspective). By the third course it had been two and a half hours and they gave us all the wrong order. At this point we were very disappointed and asked for the check and to leave. Located in a small nondescript strip mall Chef Andy Hyde's restaurant is the ultimate "Hidden Gem". His 5 Course Tasting Menu uses all farm fresh ingredients with each dish prepared à la minute (no pre-cooked items here). We arrived at 6PM and left three hours later fully sated after one of the best meals we've ever had in Southwest Florida. We arrived as strangers but after only a few minutes it was like Chef Andy was an old friend. It was clear he has a passion for cooking along with the desire, enthusiasm and ability to present a truly sumptuous meal.

Our party of four did the 4 course tasting menu. The first thing I'll say is that very different from almost all restaurants is each person could choose what four course dishes they wanted. It is extremely individualized where most restaurants make the entire party pick the same menu items. So, between the 4 of us we were able to taste (sharing with our spouse) 6-7 dishes. Every course was impeccably plated, so much so we actually took pictures of many of them. The flavors that Andy Hyde brings from his food is truly incredible. My husband and I had another extraordinary dining experience at Hyde N Chic. This is by far the best restaurant in Florida. Chef Hyde is an artist -- each dish is perfectly plated, tastes incredible and is intentionally coursed to ensure guests don't feel rushed. This is a true hidden gem -- elegant food, charming atmosphere and impeccable service. Looking forward to our next visit!
