This office's clerk/receptionist is so rude and obnoxious!. She would not listen to my complaint over the phone and would talk over to my speaking. Ultimately she hung up on me when I requested to speak to the doctor. The issue started when I went for a consultation for implants. I was told it would cost me $129, as advertised in the media, for x-rays and free consult. On the way out of the office I paid the fee by charging it to my credit card. I said I would think it over and call back with my decision. I also told her not to submit a claim to my insurance since I was willing to pay the fee as

I went for a consultation for a tooth implant, from the moment I walk in to the very few minutes that I stayed there, they treated me horrible. The dentist assistant asked me if I could afford a dental implant? I felt so insulted! why would I request an appointment with them if I couldn't afford it!? I thought her question was rude and it make me feel very uncomfortable. Her body language was very cold, I asked her excuse that I need to use the restroom, then I just left. The office never called to check on me what happened. I never met

I Just left this Dental office because The Dentist told me that
he doesn’t just do single teeth. I had a porcelain feeling cracked in the front of one of my front teeth and he told me he didn’t do just one tooth .
HUH!
He wanted me to pay for a full set of x-rays which I had already done a few months back by him , however that wasn’t good enough he wanted me to do another full set of x-rays to see if anything changed in 2 months, Now I don’t have insurance so I don’t have deep pockets to pay for a full set of x-rays every three months to cover his high-tech equipment since Covid put

It was a pleasure” is not what one might expect to read (or write) in relation to an experience with a board-certified periodontist but that was my experience. I have (now had) severe periodontal disease and found Dr. Ressler online. I was impressed with his education and the way he practices his art exceeded my expectations. He was respectful, on-time, warm, informative and took excellent care of my mouth which is now much happier after being cared for by Dr. Ressler. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to review an AMAZING cosmetic dentist and dental implant specialist that I was lucky enough to have found right here in Delray. First off, I am a medical doctor and allergist so I have had a chance to deal with LOTS of health care providers over the years in my work in hospitals and offices. Dr. Ressler diagnosed a hidden fracture in one of my teeth that had been bothering me for weeks by using a high-tech CT scanner he has in his office. With just some local anesthetic, he gently removed the broken tooth, and repaired my jaw with a bone graft in preparation for a future dental implant

My goal was to find a dentist who is experienced in dental implant surgery -and- has the ability to finish all of the dental work in one office. I travel all the way to Palm Beach County from Miami to see Dr. Ressler whenever I need a crown or an implant. His office is right between Boca and Delray in a two story medical building. The doctor from what I understand is a periodontist/gum specialist and a dental implant surgeon that does reconstructive dentistry - lots of specialty training and he's been doing it for over 20 years. BE AWARE OF THIS MAN !!!! I went to Dr. Ressler In 2016 for gum recession concerns I had . The first visit I was told I needed a night guard for clenching my teeth and when I expressed to Dr. Ressler that I was not clenching and had no jaw or tooth pain that I was only concerned about gum recession he insisted on making a night guard and charging me upwards of 600.00 for it and his reason was to prevent further gum recession . I was never clenching to begin with and his device made my teeth and jaw hurt and he wouldn't listen to my complaints about this . Dr. Ressler never gave me the risks

Upon scheduling my first appointment I was very clear that I was due for a cleaning and I sent over all of my past dental records and insurance information. At the appointment the hygienist took x-rays and did a quick visual exam and told me I would have to schedule a second appointment to actually get the cleaning. This is not standard practice and was only done so they could bill for two appointments, which is a complete waste of my time and insurance money. The 3 star review is for his office staff, a woman named Leslie.
It was a challenge getting a reimbursement check from her. I told her this was unprofessional. She hung up the phone on me. That didn't enhance my perspective of her professionalism.
Hanging up on people is rarely a good choice for any business.
