Thomas M started with Chumbley's in the fall of 2018. Moving from Des Monies to Indianola for his new job and bringing along his beloved Mini Cooper and two Motorcycles. I've never found anything lacking after Chumbley's serviced our vehicles, and I've never been charged for anything that didn't need fixed. Awesome shop, customer service and workmanship! The mechanic called and was telling me all these things that could be done. Even said my front differential needed to be done. He quoted 2500.00 and then said he is not done looking at it. I don't have front differential. I have rear wheel drive. He also said my battery was bad. I then advised him that Chumleys replaced my battery not even a year ago. This conversation told me he was not a good mechanic. I told him to write it all up and I would get a 2nd opinion. Well, he wanted to charge 130 for looking at it even though all I wanted him to do was find the vibration that I thought would be the

Had Chumbley’s change the oil and rotate the tires for a planned long-distance trip. They noted the brakes were too worn to be safe and were able to replace them as part of the service that day. Will be using Chumbley’s for all car needs from now on.

Chumbley’s does a great job of meeting the customer’s needs at every turn. I have a very busy schedule and left the car before they opened, paid online and picked it up after they closed all in a secure and safe way. The technician called personally to explain the work done and assure me they will stand behind it if it continues to be an issue. I would recommend them to others without hesitation!
