This place was crazy busy! It was a 2 hour wait to get tire work done but well worth it! They have been around since I was a little girl (I'm a grandma now) and is where my dad always got his tire work done! There is a restroom available. Complimentary bottled water coffee hot chocolate and fountain drinks! Can't beat that! Tammy is the young lady working the front counter and she didn't stop the entire time I was there! Very sweet helpful and had a beautiful smile! Need car work done go to Downey!

Downey Tire Pros helped us out in a pinch. We ended up in town with some unfortunate luck and they were ready to help out with all new tires for our toy hauler. Staff was very helpful and made quick work to get us back on the road for our trip.

I don’t know how they do it but they are so helpful and generous with their time and expertise. They have gone out of their way to pick up my elderly aunt numerous times, given me rides to work, offering to look over the problem without expecting to get paid for the repairs. The employees are ALL such friendly and honest people. It appears they love their jobs - even in this cold weather! I will continue to buy all of my tires at Downey even though I no longer work in town. It’s worth the drive to indianola!! .

Great Local Auto Shop....I've been trying places that are in my new home town....this one hit it right from the phone call in, friday 7:45am; me "do you have availability this morning to look at a leaky tire and throw in an oil change?" ....them "well probably, but your car needs to be here at the shop!" Me smiling over the phone; then the guy says "just get it in here".
Soo my weekend trip is saved and all while I wait....great atmosphere for a busy garage and the people there show that results are true, employees, patrons, and guys just hanging out are all
