Jonas H. Kushner is a Florida-licensed attorney. Immediately after completing law school in Miami and passing Florida's bar exam in 2002, he joined Kushner & Kushner, Attorneys. Since that time, he has represented thousands of disabled clients and helped them to obtain Social Security Disability (SSD) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits.

After speaking with Social Security and being denied several times I met with Kushner and Kushner and they quickly evaluated my situation and told me they thought they could help me. They told me I was probably looking at one year to complete everything. However to my surprise and their good work I was able to qualify within six months to get my Social Security disability at the age of 57. I previously posted my dissatisfaction with Kushner & Kushner for not explaining auxiliary benefits to me after “winning” my disability case; I was threatened with a lawsuit by this firm, thus, I removed my original post.
The bottom line is that I am extremely disappointed in the fact that Auxiliary Benefits were not fully explained to me by Kushner & Kushner and it amounts to a loss of over $60,000.
