I am pretty new to Washington courthouse and needed a reputable mechanic. I was used to driving an hour to Columbus for my needs. I am impressed with the customer service and personable attention I received. Brad made sure I got home and back to the shop personally. It's nice to have found a mechanic so close to my house, and honest. I will be back for any other car services and I have already referred them out. Thanks again .

I dropped my car off to get checked out because I seen smoke coming from under the hood. Brad kept my car until he was sure he found the problem. It ended up being the serpentine belt. Got my car fixed up quickly after the part came in. Checked in me with me a few days after I brought it home to make sure everything was going good. Even a couple months down the road checked in again! Very professional and love the fact that they care so much about their customers to keep checking in to make sure everything is ok. Nothing but good things to say about Hay's Tires. I will continue to take all my car

Couldn't get straight answers and quoted me a price of $2100 but when I took my car to another shop I spent $90 on parts and $100 on labor. My personal opinion is they take advantage of people who don't know any better. Not what you would expect from a small town auto shop. Way to be there for the working man!

I was 9 hours from home and called them and they got me a spot for that morning. My truck was shaking real bad and the check engine light was flashing. They were quick with diagnosis. My lifters and trans was shot. My boss wanted me to slowly bring the truck back home so they gave me things to watch out for since I had to go thru mountains. They were concerned I would freeze if the truck blew up. The next morning Cameron texted me and asked how we were doing and if we were safe. I have never been to an auto shop that cares like these guys do. Cameron and Josh are truly the best in the business

Be careful with these people, they told me that I needed a whole new oil pan, and it was rusted out. I normally take my jeep to another place, but because the oil change was so cheap I thought I would try it. I took it back over to my normal place. My normal place told me my oil pan was so clean that they could eat off of it. It had a quarter size rust spot on it, which could be sanded down and painted. The price that Hay's Tire told me was $650. to replace it. Just get a second opinion please.
