Took my truck in for a check engine light, just wanted them to replace bank 1 sensor 1 02 sensor. Ended up charging me for a blown intake gasket $578.37. less than 2 miles down the road the engine light comes back on, the truck starts running like it did when I took it in. I can tell if something has been removed and replaced, these rip off people cleaned my MAF sensor, wrapped tape around a spark plug wire, erased the codes and called it a day. I think they only own the patches on their work shirts and rip people off

I dropped my Cadillac off to have exhaust work done. I was quoted at less than $100. On Tuesday I got a call from Steve letting me know when they dropped my exhaust “They forgot to unplug a sensor, and it’s not running correctly”. Wednesday came around and I went to pick my car up. My total was $220, and they replaced the sensor because Steve “Checked his schematics, and tried every wire combination and couldn’t figure it out” He also needed to keep my car because it wasn’t running correctly. After 3 days of not having my car, and a price tag over double

I went to C&J for the first time for an oil change and I will be using them for any and all car repairs and services from now on. I have never had any place treat me the way they did. They are the most friendly and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Tyler explain things for you and I don't feel they will try to push anything at you that you don't want. They tell you what is needed and the rest is up to you. If you want people you can trust C&J is the auto service you need.

The short version is that my experience with C&J was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be taking my car back for future services. The longer version is that I have had my car serviced at a local dealership for everything for years. However, I thought that a recent estimate for a repair seemed out of line and decided to get a second opinion. I found C&J online with promising reviews and took my car in for an estimate. These guys were great. They got me in immediately, showed me the issue, and provided an immediate fix with a very acceptable price. They were polite, professional

C&j Auto, has worked on my vehicles in the past and present. My family takes their vehicles there also. They do an awesome job and explain everything in detail what needs to be done and what they did to your vehicle. The are very professional. They take time with their customers in person and on the phone. They supply you a ride and pick up if needed. They are very welcoming.
