My bf moved from california and is looking for a apt. We got terrible energy from the leasing office. very dry — told us to come back in Oct. she didn’t mention any of the penthouses that were gonna be available soon like the other lady mentioned while on the tour because of prejudgment of income I’m assuming? Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. ♥️

I lived at the Jean Rivard Apartments for 6 months and had a wonderful experience. You really can't beat the location and value for the downtown Detroit area.
I really enjoyed working with a small apartment complex rather than the ones owned and run by a very large apartment complex. As a result, you're treated as a person rather than a number, and I think the lease terms reflect that. For example, when my employer closed their Detroit office, it was an easy process to terminate my lease with very reasonable terms.
