My family had a lovely experience yesterday at Pulcinella. Not only was the food incredible, but we had excellent service. The staff was a pleasure to be around. Aside from the food and staff being so wonderful, the interior is beautiful. We will be going back often!

Horrible service was experienced here. Apparently there were many specials that sounded good, but our waiter didn’t go over them with us, maybe we didn’t seem important enough or he was jus being lazy. Just got a “do you know what you guys want”. Not once did anyone come over to ask how everything was. My wife ordered linguine with white clam sauce and there was very little clam not worth the $38. My pappardalle bolognese I have to say was very good. The bread was very good as well. Definitely won’t go back due to horrible service and ridiculous prices.

Excellent restaurant as authentic as it gets on Long Island. The singer was fantastic

After calling a week ahead and being told to just walk in on a Wednesday evening there was suddenly no room for our group. Unfortunately the owner is all about himself and not the customer. Not my first unpleasant interaction with him. Had a great time at another local restaurant.
Got a response for owner blaming Covid for bad business practice. Not cool.

Just plain and simple the best Italian food you can possibly eat. Every time I go to another restaurant I kick myself for not just coming back to Pulcinella. The specials are the way to go. They might be pricey but they’re worth it. The cocktails are fantastic. And I really enjoyed the atmosphere

I would had given this place a 5-star review, if it wasn’t for our waiter that offered us a very poor service!
We came to Puncinella’s tonight for the first time, after my husband’s client recommended it. We were very excited to go to after hearing some amazing feedback about it! We arrived at 5:30pm. The place wasn’t very busy, as it was still early. However, we felt rushed from the moment we sat down until we left. Our waiter had no personality and was not friendly at all. He was on a mission to serve us and get us out! We did not know why he was rushing us, as the place was not full

Restaurant has a beautiful appearance. Bar is not much and looks like service only. Food was moderate but the pulcinella egg roll was very good. The reason for the 1 star and not a 3 star is because the staff was so absolutely terrible. Rude, unfriendly, tried rushing our order and an absolute attitude that we were bothering them. I'm in the same industry over 25 plus years and I find this unacceptable. The only reason server got 20% tip is because I am in the industry. They should get an education on how they make a living. I also feel the staff you have chosen is poorly representing your business

My husband, sister in Law & I came here on a Sunday for what we had hoped would be a nice dinner. We arrived around 5:30 and were excited for a delicious dining experience. When we arrived, we noticed that the majority of tables and seats at the bar were open, indicating to us that we shouldn’t have a problem getting seated. After waiting for what was at least 10 mins at the vacant hostess station (a little strange when the restaurant was empty) we were ‘greeted’ by a portly bald man who, I will unfortunately assume was the owner. Great Italian restaurant. The second you taste the sauce, you know everything will be just fine. Best gnocchi I've had at an Italian restaurant. Quick service, attentive wait staff. Definitely recommend giving them a try!
