You are likely here because you want relief, growth, or lasting change. Wanting more for yourself is adaptive. Seeking help is difficult but healthy. As a psychologist, my mission is to help you envision where you want to go and to collaborate with you to craft it into a reality. Actualization looks unique to each individual.
Some of the growth and change that I commonly help people with include: decreasing or resolving symptoms, shedding unhelpful ways of coping and developing healthy coping skills, working through past traumas in order to live with purpose and peace in the present, letting go of self-destructive and repetitive patterns, developing healthier interpersonal relationships, gaining insight into limitations and strengths, becoming unstuck, as well as enhancing performance at work and school.

Services
I am a licensed psychologist in the Atlanta area with experience helping adults work through various concerns. My therapeutic work is grounded in an interpersonal approach and is highly integrative. This means that I regard relationships as fundamental to our experiences as people. Similarly, I hold deep respect for the therapeutic relationship and view it as paramount to the therapeutic process.
My belief is that justice is a human right. All bodies and identities are welcome and celebrated here. I stand in alliance with members of marginalized groups, who have seen profound injustice throughout history. I am grateful that you are here. Thank you. I hope this is a space where you feel seen and understood.
I am an "out-of-network" provider. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be covered in full or in part for my services. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?.
Call or email me to get in touch! Once we get connected, you can ask questions about my practice, tell me a bit about what's bringing you to therapy, learn more about how I can help you, and schedule an appointment. I do not provide 24-hour or on-call emergency services.
