R. Kevin Owens graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Mr. Owens received his Juris Doctor degree from New England School of Law, Boston. Following a two-year judicial clerkship in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Mr. Owens attended the University of San Diego School of Law, receiving a Master of Laws degree in Taxation.
Since the day he established his law practice in San Luis Obispo, Mr. Owens has fostered and implemented a philosophy of working with the client, his or her accountants, business and real estate brokers, financial advisers and investment professionals so as to achieve the client's objectives in the most efficient and expeditious manner.

Kevin has been instrumental in helping our uncle set his future on a course to ensure his legacy lives on. He took time to explain options and asked questions that our uncle had not even considered. Our Uncle came out of the meeting saying how pleased he was to be able to say he has a personal attorney who not only cares but understands the details. If you have a family member who has not had their trust set up, Kevin will walk them through the process to securing their legacy.

Kevin gives you comfort in knowing that your affairs are in order and that your family is taken care of exactly how you would like them to be.
