Jamie is the best photographer we have ever worked with. He is a true professional and his photos are amazing!! We booked him for a photo shoot for Valentine’s Day and they came back amazing! He did our wedding photo album after editing our wedding photos and they are perfect! He will be our go to photographer for our family photos until he decides to hang up the camera!!

Jamie is amazing and saved the day when our first photographer had to cancel due to COVID. Jamie got to know us quickly and was able to captivate and direct us so that we would have memorable photos that we could love and share with our family! Jamie Howell is the best wedding photographer in Atlanta. He is very talented, professional, and courteous. He did a fantastic job on my wedding photos and video. He picked the most beautiful locations for my wedding photos. They turned out gorgeously. He is an expert at selecting areas with good lighting and colors. All of the locations he selected complimented the color of my dress ( light blue) and really made every photo stand out . My wedding video turned out phenomenal. He edited the video and picked the background music for the video in such an artistic way. The video really stood out. I

We contacted Jamie (on short notice) to photograph our wedding in Atlanta. Although he had a challenging shoot the very next day, Jamie agreed to work with us. He met us promptly at the wedding venue and then traveled with us throughout Atlanta to take photos at various landmarks. His professional demeanor and flexibility made the day a relaxing, fun adventure. The pictures turned out better than any we have ever had produced. I don't even know where to begin because Jamie was BEYOND AMAZING! My husband and I were VERY concerned about picking the right wedding photographer and videographer for our 3 day Hindu/Christian wedding. We cared about quality and price but our mothers had their own list of requirements and they were needy. Prior to finalizing Jamie, we had him provide so many examples of his work and asked him a million questions. He did not skip a beat when going through our screening process.

Jamie is truly the best thing we picked for our wedding. He was AMAZING to work with and the finished products are jaw dropping. Jamie photographed our engagement photo and our wedding. We wanted to be sure our photos captured who were are as a couple and embodied the spirit of the day. We got exactly that.
Jamie has been very responsive in all of our communications. Of all our vendors, he was always quick to answer e-mails.
If you want your photos to look very posed and portrait-like, Jamie may not be the photographer for you. We did a few posed photos with family, everything else are candids of us and our guests.

Jamie is a wonderful photographer! He is also great to work with. He makes things simple, easy and stress free. Jamie is easy to get in touch with and responds to messages promptly. My husband and I did a outdoor photoshoot with Jamie a couple months before our wedding and had a blast. We let Jamie choose the place and he chose Arabia Mountain. We absolutely loved it. My husband and I were nervous at first but after Jamie gave us some encouraging words we relaxed and honestly started having fun. Jamie was able to get feel for us as a couple and it was a great foundation for our wedding pictures

We got in touch with Jamie to cover our wedding ceremony, after having researched a bunch of options in the Atlanta metro area. There was something in the pictures from his portfolio that spoke to us. His work showcased an attention to detail, and a knack for capturing candid moments in a way that was very unique. If there were more stars I would easily give Jamie more! I've been a wedding and venue coordinator in the Atlanta area for over 7 years. On the vendor side of things, Jamie has always been very professional, on-time and a dream to work with. I've been in awe of his work for years, and don't think there's been a picture of his I wasn't in love with. When I got engaged there was no question who I wanted to be my photographer on my special day, I was just hoping he would make the trip to Charleston for us! While I was unable to use Jamie for my wedding photos, as he was already booked on my date, I have nothing but good things to say about our interaction. I requested a quote and after learning that Jamie was booked, he offered to help provide recommendations for other photographers and also provided guidance on how I should budget for a photographer. I can only imagine that, if he took the time to write detailed advice for me when he was not getting paid, he would be great to work with for any photography booking.

Very disappointed in the end results. While we have some good shots, there were so many shots that were missed or could have been better. I believe I put more effort into planning for my weekly grocery shopping than our once in a lifetime event. He clearly has talent, but that was not enough in this case.

Jamie is an amazing photographer!! We did our engagement pictures at Hopeland Gardens earlier in the year and they turned out amazing! On our wedding day he took pictures while we were getting ready and you did not even know he was there! At the wedding Jamie had another photographer that was able to take pictures during the cocktail hour while we were doing our formal pictures and they all turned out great! We have received numerous compliments on how amazing our wedding pictures are! He did an amazing job and I could not have asked for a better photographer.
