Intensive Individual and Family counseling intervention delivered in the home and community setting to rapidly stabilize a child insures they are healthy, safe and stable with the necessary intervention, treatment, services and other resources in place that will support them. Supportive parent group and skill teaching meetings to provide a place for parents, guardians and caretakers in a structured setting to discuss issues and learn skills as well as receive information and moral support from others facing the same challenges in their families. Outpatient counseling in clinic is provided for children, parents and families facing behavioral and emotional issues at home.

Services
Specialized counseling services that are home-based and delivered directly to children and their families where they live to resolve conflict, eliminate severe behavioral and emotional issues and stabilize a child and their family.
These services are used when other interventions, care and treatment alone, are not working and a child's symptoms are worsening, and have created a safety risk and may also be placing them at risk of displacement/removal or more intensive treatment outside of the home.They are designed to be a least restrictive intervention in the natural settings of the home and community.

These services are provided to support a child and their family to address the challenges faced by children with special developmental, socialization, self-care, and learning needs that are presenting in their home and community. Behavioral therapies are also designed to deal with more extreme disturbances in behavior that may have become dangerous and unsafe and are posing a risk for injury to a child or others in the home.
Outpatient clinical counseling and evaluation are provided by licensed therapists and clinicians to address specific issues that children and parents are facing in their families affecting behavior, emotional stability and overall family health in their ability to maintain healthy, safe and stable productive lives.
Providing support, skill instruction, counseling, and relief for parents of children with special needs and the demands facing caretakers/parents/guardians is paramount in building a sustainable foundation at home. This is done in 2 ways: 1) through individual meetings and counseling that may take place in the home and 2) in group meetings and activities on-site.

Kicked my 4 year old son out who was diagnosed with PTSD because his father refused to being him on his weeks. Said medicaid wouldn't pay and it was company policy. On the other hand his trauma therapist somewhere else was fine seeing him every other week. Horrible they would do this to a child. And Charlotte is very rude. Will never refer anyone here. This place is horrible. Sad our children can't get the help they need. And offering self pay and more sessions when the other party wouldnt bring the child should have been offered. Again you are not looking out for the best interest of the child

I have never felt so empowered and supported as I did with Cornerstone. They helped me with both of my children and educated me and advocated for me. I cried when it was time to discharge. I HIGHLY recommend this organization for any family that just needs help and support when it comes to childrens mental health care.

I cannot even begin to express what this Cornerstone staff has done for my family. My son has autism and not many people understand what it is to live was a child with special needs. He was very humble when he was younger. However, as he got older he began to get violent. This place offered great counseling for him with no medication. And he became a son that I did not know he can become. I am so grateful to them and how they have changed my family for the better. Cornerstone is not just a place. It's a saving grace that can assist in giving a family with an autistic child a new beginning. Thank

This company is the worst My son therapist which i don't know her name but she's very rude,tries to talk to you like your a child,gets very angry when you tell her she needs a set scheduled.. She also suppose to see my son for 2hrs 2x A week and she's only here 1hr an a half every time she comes trust me my son lets me know what times she leaves.but then if i have any type of emergency comes up on my end. she's mad and wanna call the office so now im gone do her a favor in report her for stealing time..Chkd need to find another therapy company to deal because my son and I are done
