The story of dcb Construction Company, Inc., a locally owned and operated Colorado builder, is one of Colorado history, the struggle for survival, and loyalty to an ethical and professional business philosophy. 1966 Company name is changed to Denver Commercial Builders, Inc and still operates under this name today.

The primary function of the Estimator is to assist in estimating efforts for preconstruction services on assigned select bid and negotiated design build projects. The Estimator will be responsible for accurate conceptual budgeting through the final GMP. Emphasis will be on conceptual estimating and budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, quantity survey, bid document preparation, and analysis.
