We're your hometown all in one auto center. We know that we had to shut down for some time but we have opened our doors and we are ready to get back to business. I give Home Town Auto Center a full five stars. I was vacationing in North Carolina and had an issue with my Jeep. A simple job turned out to be a little more complicated than expected. I had to leave my vehicle for two days, Home Town went above and beyond to make sure I had transportation for those days. They did an exceptional job on repairing my Jeep, better than new!! The best part though is the entire staff are a wonderful team! Thumbs Up! Thank You again for taking such great care of my situation.

Let me start by saying that I rarely write reviews, and when I do it is usually to praise a business. This is the first negative review I have ever written... the following is a lengthy description of possibly the worst customer service I have ever received from any shop.
Monday morning I called to ask about getting my yearly safety inspection done for my car during my lunch break. A nice guy named Mark took my name down for a 1:00 appointment and assured me it would not take longer than 30 minutes. WOW! Personally having mechanical knowledge myself, Hometown has been the ONLY service center that has been up front and honest about repairs. While other shops have tried to gouge for unnecessary repairs, Hometown has always been honest and affordable. Recently had my 2013 Accord in for brake service. They replaced with the brand name I requested and had me back on the road in no time! Also took advantage of their free alignment check promotion! Lifetime customer here!

These guys are the absolute best car salesman I've ever met. I thought I had no chance to get any vehicle with my credit, but with a small down payment they had me financed in less than 24 hours with great financing terms. I got a quality fully maintenanced vehicle from these guys and I couldn't be happier with the service. Always look here first. Bought on a Monday and Tuesday was broke down. They agreed to fix the clutch that they just put in before I bought it. Also told me it would be my expense to get the car back to the dealership99 miles away. The next day I get a call saying I would have to pay for a new flywheel. They infered that I burnt it up in 1 day. Laughable. But I agreed to pay so my car would be on the road. When I picked it up, I met the owner Danny.
