Finding a great, honest mechanic is hard but not with Extreme Auto! I have been using these guys for many years and have never had a bad experience. Most recently I took in my van to make sure it would be ready for a long road trip for my family vacation. It ended up needing about $1600 worth of radiator & wheel bearing work (this included the general maintenance I requested) They got the repairs done timely and once I got it back I drove it for about 4 days before it broke down. I was way worried it was about to be a nightmare but Lael was so professional about everything, even driving out himself

When I dropped off my Volvo with a check engine light they said they probably couldn't get to it today, but would probably get to it in the morning. I called days later and they hadn't looked at it yet. Said they were busy. I called back again in a week. Still nothing! Three weeks total they still had not even looked at it! I went and picked it up and took it somewhere else. No apologies, just handed me the keys. I was not rude or demanding at any point in time. I will not be going back.
