There is a reason I drive past multiple car shops on my way to get to JP Midlands. They have an amazing staff that is always super helpful and knowledgeable. Always honest and let’s me know exactly what needs to be fixed and gives me options before completing the work. Highly recommend them to anybody needing any car repair work done, even if it’s just an oil change.

I have gone here for years. They are friendly and I know they are honest, which is why I continue to go back. I came this last time because my engine light was on and has been for weeks. After finding the problem they always call and let you know what is going on with the option to fix it or what you need to do. I like that I know ahead of time what it’s going to cost.
I do regular maintenance on my vehicles here and won’t go anywhere else. I know me and my family are safe and the price is always reasonable.

My sweet Elderly Aunt brought her Camry here because her Air Conditioner was not cool.
She was advised by them that she needed a whole new Compressor to get the AC Cold.
She was thinking about getting a new car when my Cousin took it to her mechanic in SLC.
There was no coolant in the radiator. A simple fix was all the car needed.
The Mechanic in SLC said this is a common practice among places. They check the AC when it blows hot they always recommend a new Compressor without looking at anything else.
This is a warning for all and anyone who reads this. Always check your coolant level

These guys are always honest and are always willing to help out or fit me in. They tell it like it is, and have even sent me elsewhere when it was something they were not able to fix. They didn't try to charge me for something they didn't fix. That only happened once, and the rest of the time they have done a great job on our cars and trucks. They remember us, and remember what vehicles we have and what they did to the car. They are really awesome, it's so hard to find a good honest mechanic nowdays but these guys fit the bill! Highly recommend them!

UPDATE: I received a phone call from Justin in regards to my recent experience at JP Midland Tire Pros. I have to admit that I was floored to receive his phone call. We talked about what happened and why I was feeling the way I was. He talked to me with more so he listened. He listened to the whys I was feeling the way I was. He was genuinely sorry and he went above and beyond to make it right. I want to thank Justin for reaching out to me and listening. I am a returning customer.

I have 3 trucks - 2 Dodges and a Ford. I even take my motorcycle to JPs when it comes time to annually re-register my bike. They take care of all of my maintenance and preventative maintenance issues. Very trustworthy company. The Customer Service folks are very friendly and knowledgable and their technicians are very capable. Their service is quick and you can sit, have a cup of coffee and read a magazine while they work on your vehicle. I highly recommend them!
