I would recommend Cary Macy. He was able to guide me to getting the care I needed after the car accident. He referred me to a wonderful local Chiropractor that helped me with my injuries. Mr. Macy made everything so simple for my mother, she had initially consulted with a big firm and became quickly discouraged by their response and attitudes towards her case. I'd like to thank Cary for handling our case. He was very responsive and helpful with our complicated case. The police report listed me as being at-fault for the accident and the witness wouldn't respond to the insurance company. Cary noticed that the witness was younger so he texted her instead of calling and was able to get a response and statement that helped us win the case. I am a chiropractor in Huntington Beach for the past 21 years and have a small percentage of personal injury cases, mostly because it seems to take forever and a day to be reimbursed once the case is closed. I love the way Mr. Macy takes control of the case and navigates the roads to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently. Once I am done treating the patient, I get the treatment notes, billing, etc. to Cary and he resolves the case quickly, resulting in my fees being paid promptly. After trying many phone calls to find a good lawyer to handle my small claims case I came across Cary S. Macy's name online. I called the office & spoke to him & met the next day. He explained everything to me how the small claims court works. Cary could not go to small claims with me but he told me the parts of my case the Judge must hear.
