Services
These are a few of the thousands of cases independent bike lawyers in the Bike Law Network have handled. A decorated veteran and Army doctor was on a group ride, when a driver came from behind and smashed into them. The cyclist was killed, but the police initially gave the driver a minor ticket. Working closely with the family, Bike Law helped persuade the police otherwise, and the driver was convicted of felony homicide and went to jail.
Reflections on the Asian-American experience and why we are so honored to sponsor Clarice. Bike Month 2021 is setting the bar pretty high. Two days ago, Sika Henry became the first Black woman to earn her pro card in the sport of triathlon. And today, Bike Law and I are honored and excited to announce our sponsorship of the only Asian-American racing on the professional triathlon circuit, Clarice Chastang.

On the national level, Bike Law is a legal partner with USA Cycling and we support the League of American Bicyclists and People for Bikes. On the state and local level, we support groups in over 25 states and many cities.
We are a comprehensive cycling organization whose singular goal is the cultivation of safe and sustainable biking through legal representation and advocacy, education, participation in sport, community outreach, and the practiced promotion of riding bicycles. After being hit by a distracted driver on none other than Daniel Island, my first call (after calling my wife) was to Bike Law. Being active in the cycling community, it is common knowledge that Peter and Timmy are the go to guys. Everybody at the firm made life so much less painful after my accident. The process of gathering paperwork and dealing with insurance companies would've been a full time job without any guarantee that I would've been fairly compensated for my injuries. I survived being hit by a distracted driver while out cycling in my neighborhood. Our local bike shop, highly recommended the Law Office of Peter Wilborn. Peter and his crew were there for us in a trying time when we had to deal with a serious injury from a driver, in an unfamiliar place away from our home state.
