Zibby, Broker-owner and President, combines her experience in commercial and residential real estate to oversee our company's asset, property management, and leasing services. Zibby focuses on commercial mixed-use, multi-family and residential properties. She looks for projects that make communities more walkable and sustainable, while not compromising on profitability.
We are pleased to announce our merger at the end of the year with Kathy Stewart Inc. Our combined firm will transition over the next few months to operating as Arrow Real Estate. Kathy Stewart shares the same values as Arrow, as exemplified by our conscientiousness and personalized service. In Stewart Properties, we exceeded our hopes of finding a company with similar values to merge with and expand.

My parents have a rental house in north San Diego. With our previous tenants moving out, we engaged the service of Arrow Real Estate to find our next tenants. Our interactions with them had been courteous and professional. They gave us excellent advice on the current rental market, advertised the house, showed it to prospective tenants, performed due-diligence evaluation of applicants, and gave us their best choices. All we ever wanted was the rent checks with statements reflecting the amount of the check with receipts for any expenses incurred. What we got were rent checks with no statements or receipts. We had to wait until almost the middle of the following month before they sent the confusing statements out for the prior month. Then invariably receipts were missing. After 3 years of calling almost every month, we fired them.

I rented from Arrow because of the reasonable lease terms. I was happy with the unit during my stay and they are willing to address any repairs immediately. I left after buying a new home. The staff was easy to work with and friendly. We had a minor issue with the deposit but I worked with Caden who remained professional throughout the process and we resolved it 100 percent.
