Delicious seafood, is out in no time and the servers are very friendly. Outstanding dining experience.

Came here with lower expectations and left pleased. The staff was very young but excellent. I have just sprang my ankle very bad and barely walking. They were super getting a table close to the front and when leaving offered a wheelchair but with my situation was very welcome.

The crab legs were really good, hush puppies pretty good. Catfish way excellent with a huge portion. Sides of cheese grits and sausage are decent. My wife's meal had probably 30 shrimp with the crab leg combo. Our food came out in less than 10 minutes. Our waitress was really good and smiling great attitude and kept

I ordered the rib eye Well Done with green beans and potato salad as my sides. The steak had good flavor but I was only able to eat around the edges because it was medium at best. Had to take it home and re-cook it. Highly Disappointed in the potato salad.... one bite and I was done. Way too sweet. The green beans were pretty good but I tasted the bacon Way more than the green beans. Definitely Expected Better, For the Super High Prices

Driving back from Florida to Chicago and stopped here on our way home! Awesome food I got the shrimp 🍤 skewer dinner the amount of shrimp and sides for the price was great! So delicious! Our server was polite, personable, attentive, and super helpful!
I heard the had gators 🐊 in the back which is the first restaurant I’ve been to that has that!
Enjoyed the experience and if I’m ever back this way this place will be on our list of stops!
Great vibe, service and food hands down

Have not been here in about 4 years but it was a special occasion so we went. The food and service was excellent, however, management has tacked on a surcharge if you use debit or credit card so to avoid this you must take cash. Who carries cash? Oh well, inflation I suppose.

Impressive! Fresh quality food cooked just right; spot on. Food was hot, seasoned perfectly & loads of it. One plate can easily feed two. Our waitress was efficient, professional, & very nice. And, the owner was very interactive, inviting, & made you feel right at home. I really can't say enough good about our experience. This was our first visit in Savannah & they were by far our favorite restaurant during our visit & will definitely make a point to go back when in town. Others could learn a lot from their business model.

Excellent everything! If I was gonna ding them for anything - it'd be for the paper plates & forks...come on, at those prices they could bring out the dishes @ flatware.
Hubby's shrimp platter was more than he could eat that's a lot of food!

Came in for our 10th Anniversary. We both had the snow boil. Best shrimp I have ever had out! Cooked perfect and this coming from a Beaufort native who has cooked shrimp all his life. Portions were HUGE! Staff was very attentive and owner checked with us personally.

Absolutely delicious!!! We did the ATCE snow crab and it was worth every penny! Portions are huge. Our friend ordered a boil and it was packed full of shrimp! Great service & friendly staff! Will definitely be back before we leave the area! That’s how much we loved it.

We eat here every few months and the food is good 9 out of 10 times. One time we did have cold food delivered to our table but other than that one experience it has always been a great place for seafood.

Service was great although I wasn't a fan of my dish. The portion size was overwhelming, a great portion size for the price. Someone made sure we were ok at all times.

Omg they are very free handed with the amount of food per order! The food was seasoned really 😋 good and the service was satisfactory. We will dine here again. This was my late wife's favorite seafood restaurant. #forevermyqueen

I visited here recently in a Sunday and find out they have all you can eat snow crab legs from 4 pm until 6pm. I opted for the snow crab and booked shrimp combination platter. It was delicious. Bring an appetite.

I ordered the boiled shrimp with corn on the Cobb and potato salad. The shrimp were jumbo and I loved the potato salad. My girlfriend ordered the snow crab legs and boiled shrimp. She said it was delicious. Gabby C.....our server provided excellent service.

The food was really great! I had fried shrimp and oysters, and they were cooked perfectly. Hush puppies also spot on, my wife had thr cast net combo...again all her shrimp cooking was just right. No over breading and seasoning was perfect. Great atmosphere and staff,here is the down side, no bake potatoes, a little pricey for the food. U did get nice portions though. My advice is work on the coleslaw it wasn't the best for a seafood restaurant. The food came out in like 5 minutes hot and fresh.

Was kind of disappointed. The price is very expensive $26 and up for a meal. The portion sizes were decent. But a lot of it was over-cooked in our visit. The corn was rubbery; the fish was tough and the red rice was very clumped together and stodgy (I will note perhaps that how it’s meant to be cooked?) but for $100 for two people I just expected better quality food. As I said; portion sizes ok, some of the seasoned shrimp was nice (the grilled and bang shrimp flavor was good) service was prompt and the staff were super friendly.

Wow, first time eating at this gem but won't be the last. Food was plentiful and tasty. We traditionally go to another popular local seafood restaurant when we are in Savannah, NOT anymore; The Shell House is now our go to must have. Great food, reasonable prices. See ya again next year.

We were looking for a restaurant close by that offered seafood and more. My mom said she ate here many years ago and liked it. This large restaurant is located on I95 at 204 and is nothing more than a tourist trap. The place needs a good cleaning and sprucing. The food is overpriced and definitely not worth it. I imagine all the positive reviews are from people who don't have other options for seafood where they live. $26 for grilled mahi, $36 for shrimp & catfish and $36 for a 16 oz ribeye. My son requested it medium but got medium-well to well done

I don't know why they don't have a five star review The service was awesome! The food was really good. Lots of seating. Good for large groups. They have fish and alligators in the pond off the restaurant. That was fun for the kids to watch. Just a fun place all around.

This spot caught our eye from the Interstate. It sits on a pond so it looks so cute. You can even walk out on the deck. The inside is so cute as well. Little wait but food was delicious. Staff was outstanding. They had a large party but still managed to attend to us at the same time. We will return!

Really great food! But LOT'S of work! lol. We started with a bucket of oysters and shucking is a lot harder than you'd think. I would suggest asking for an extra towel, wet/damp. We both had snow crab and it was really good but again, a lot of work to get to the meat. Portions are large so the two of us ended up with lots of leftovers, I wish we had just shared an entree. We were going to sit at the bar but I'm glad we didn't because having a trash can in the middle of our table was super convenient!

I came in on a Thursday night at 8:00. This restaurant was the best reviewed seafood around, (or so the internet said). I got the grilled mahi-mahi, with two sides of hush puppies and red potatoes. The mahi was very tough, dry, and flavorless, it was probably the worst fish I have had ever. The hush puppies were decent and the potatoes unbelievably bland. I will also mention that the portion sizes are awful for a 27$ meal, I left more hungry than when I arrived. The only redeeming quality in this place was the service and atmosphere, other than that I would not come here.
