In preventive or general dentistry services, dentists assess, diagnose and treat diseases that affect the teeth, gums, jaws and soft tissues of your mouth. At Boss Dental Care, our preventive dentists provide a range of services including teeth cleaning, exams and x-rays. Our experienced dentists, Dr. Jason Packard and Dr. Art Boss provide premium dentistry services in Corpus Christi.
Restorative dentistry, sometimes called general dentistry or prosthodontics, includes all the dental treatments which restore your teeth to their undamaged state. Cavities and broken teeth are restored with fillings or crowns. A mouth with missing teeth can be restored by replacing the missing teeth with dental prosthetics such as bridges, implants, partial dentures, or full dentures.
Boss Dental Care provides quality dental services in Corpus Christi including different dental implants. The dental implant refers to a metal post used for replacing the missing tooth. Finally a dental office that just feels right. From the moment I called to see if they were accepting new patients through check out, I was shown A+ customer service. Everyone was friendly and informative. They answered any and all questions I had. Was pleasantly surprised that both the tech and the doctor had obviously read my file before they walked in the room. So often many offices feel like automated machine factories and there is no personal touch or comfort in the team caring for your needs. Boss Dental was different. I want to thank all the staff who assisted in getting my husband in as a new patient. It was urgent and all were so very efficient and KIND. Thank you too to Dr Packard and dental assistant for getting the exam completed in a timely fashion so we could reach another Dr appt immediately after. We are very grateful.

Missed our appointment because I was sick with a note from the doctor. Called the day of my appointment to reschedule and some rude woman on the phone said since we were a new patient we could not reschedule and we would have to find another dentist. She answered like wanted to rub it in our face we missed the appointment for some reason? I don't know why you wouldn't reschedule someone even with a note from a doctor. Extremely unprofessional.

Dr. Parkard is a very family friendly doctor, I am very anxious to get shots inside my mouth. The Assistant who helped me was wonderful. Once I was all numbed up on that side, Dr. Parkard came back in a timely manner, gave me the shot but did it a way my focus was in a different part of my mouth and once I realized he was giving me the shot already he was done. He is very professional how he talks to me and his assistants which I truly enjoy. He is very efficient and quick with any procedure. The assistants remember who my family is so I just don't feel like a number to them. They are best

I lost a filling about a week and a half ago and have been scouring Corpus Christi for a dentist since. I just moved to Corpus Christi a couple weeks ago, and this the third dentist I've been to in the past week to try to get this filling fixed and by far the best one of the three that I have visited.
The front desk is very friendly and professional and will work with you however they can if you just communicate with them. The hygienist that helped me was very friendly and personable. Dr. Boss is the dentist that came to help me. My experience with him:

I've seen Dr. Packard for the last three years and my husband's seen him for the last two. Our experience with the Dr. has been pretty positive - he's direct, patient in answering questions, and was kind when handling my anxiety over a crown. The dental assistants are all very sweet - never had a bad day with them.
