Shane is US Navy Veteran, and Idaho native. Throughout his life in Idaho and 18 year insurance career, he has come to know many local families and develop relationships with businesses all over the state. These local relationships have helped him better understand the needs of our agency, and the community we proudly serve.
Working with Jenni the past couple of months has been a breath of fresh air. She helped me with a smooth and easy transition from my previous malpractice insurance to my current policy. She found a policy that gives me great coverage, and was helpful in answering any and all questions. She continues to be a helping hand and actually answers the phone and responds quickly to emails.
We offer online billing to manage your policy and pay online, you can call us to pay with debit/credit over the phone, or mail in your payment. Some carriers offer a pay in full discount and our agents are available to help with most of your billing questions and concerns. Collision is defined as losses you incur when your car collides into another car or object.
Each year the team at Butler Insurance Services chooses a local non-profit organization to support with volunteer work and financial donations. In 2020, we are supporting Camp Rainbow Gold. Camp Rainbow Gold provides emotionally empowering experiences to Idaho children and their families who have been diagnosed with cancer.

I lead a very busy life and have been wanting to change personal insurance companies for a couple years now because I knew I was paying way too much for basic auto coverage and homeowners. I should have made the time to do so and saved myself thousands on coverage.
My previous agency never once asked me to come in and review my policies. Jennifer at Butler reduced my personal lines of insurance by $2500 per year and added an umbrella policy on top of it all. I wish I had taken the time to save myself the $5000 over the past two years.

I decided to switch insurance companies and it was the best decision I could have ever made! They are all very helpful and very friendly. My parents actually go there as well and I’ve gone there for many years and absolutely love it. Emma is so kind and I absolutely love talking to her. Met with Stacy Butler in August to go over home owner and auto policies. Seven policies were due in September. She said she would go over all of them and get back to me. I waited 10 days and called, Stacy was out of the office so I left a message for her to call me. I waited another 2 weeks and called again. Stacy was out of the office again so I left another message to call me. Never heard from her.I am now with a different company.
