We understand that fear of the dentist is one of the primary reasons that people avoid regular dental care. We offer both oral sedation and IV sedation for those patients. Easy to administer: Your dentist will prescribe a pill for you to keep you calm during the procedure.

Terrible service. Went there for my dental plan and was setup to get extractions and dentures. They didnt wanna do full dentures and just wanted to do partials. Well I went with there plan and got the work done. After going in for cleanings and fillings they proceed to tell me after the fact that my partials would cost 4 grand. Half up front and the rest after there made. I didnt have the money right then and there. Within 2 weeks my fillings they put in fell out and they wont see my to fix it because I didnt come back because I was told they didnt accept my insurance anymore and I wasnt going

These guys are the best. I had my last cleaning of the year. I get 2 free cleanings a year with my insurance. I had to miss my appointment because my daughter was giving birth. They were booked up until next year. They took my name and number and called when they got a cancellation. Thanks guys so much for getting me in. You all are the greatest.

Honestly, I have a horrible routine for getting dental work done, let alone checkups. I’ve never had what I would call a “stellar” time at a dentist, but everyone here is like a close friend. Patient, attentive, and all have done great work for me. I couldn’t be happier to make a longer drive to make this my dental home

This dentist will not see 100% service connected disabled veterans for cleanings only. The last time I was at the dentist was in September of 2019 when I had insurance. Then the pandemic hit and lost my job and insurance. I wanted just a cleaning but they said no because I haven’t had any x-rays in the last 6 months. I asked if they could take the pandemic into consideration since I couldn’t get into my dentist office in Lexington, again because of the pandemic. The answer was no. 🤷♂️

These ladies and gentlemen were fantastic. I had a tooth that had to be extracted. I had no appointment. I called in the morning and they said it wouldn’t be until the next day. I was deflated but, after explaining my discomfort, they actually shuffled appointments around to get me in the same day.
Despite them going out of their way for me, they were incredibly courteous and polite. They explained what they were doing clearly and concisely. Each person I dealt with was wonderful. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I would highly recommend Winchester Family Dentistry for anybody scared of the dentist. I love the atmosphere there along with the courteous staff. I've been there several painless times and I've never even felt a single needle once. They changed my feelings about visiting the dentist permanently for the good.

I have had a tooth bothering me for a few days I called them they got me in the same day. Even though I have never been to them before. They treated me wonderfully. The whole staff is so nice. Can’t wait to go back!! And Becky was wonderful with getting me my next appointment and and getting my insurance took care of. Truly top notch service.
