My family had recently changed dentists and I was scheduled to have an appointment in July with Dr. Huddleston’s office. They say before my appointment, I was told they had to cancel which I totally understood but wasn’t able to schedule an appointment until a month later because they forgot to contact me and only contacted my sibling about appointment changes. I then had to cancel the next appointment in august for my own personal issues. Today I finally was able to come in my semi annual check up and was excited. May be great if they are your dentist but don’t bother if your a new patient. They are not interested in working in new patients. Had an appointment for a cleaning in March and they canceled and Re-scheduled me for 3 months later because their hygienist was sick the day of my appointment. Then the day before this appointment recently, I called after I had not gotten a confirmation, and they told me I have to wait till September because they have to take care of all their patients who got canceled because of COVID 19. I get that, but I got no notice from them, I had to call, and I guess they don’t

I have been a dental client for years. I have the same dental hygienist every time. Miranda is amazing. She is informative & always answers my questions. Everyone is very pleasant & it is a nice relaxing atmosphere. I look forward to visiting every 6 months, which not many people can say when they are talking about going to a dentist appointment!
