Run away as fast as you can!!! never ever use this agency. beverly is unprofessional, totally unethical, she does not do her job and if she does anything she does it badly !!! she lies and manipulates and is truly just a horrible human being. there are not enough words to say it all....

Do not call these people, they are liars and don't follow through with what they say they are going to do. Really poor rude services by Terrie. They will tell you something is available then two hours later say that was never the case. Unprofessional at the very very least.

Though Beverly and Louise are very sweet people, Denny and Terri are unbelievably rude. I had called for an inquiry, Denny answered but it was staticky so I did not hear who it was. I politely asked "Hi, is this Beverly?" He then barks "DO I SOUND LIKE BEVERLY" my attention then went to what his name was as I have never spoken to him before. He refused to give me his name, interrupted and scolded me for "not having my information together" and then hung up on me, mid-reply. We rented from Beverly for about 2 years. Getting anything repaired was difficult. I eventually reported her company to HUD because she refused to answer all form's of communication while I was renting from her yet continued to collect our monthly payment. Her business practices were highly unprofessional and illegal. She can put up a decent front for about 15 minutes but she really is a vile woman if she doesnt want to deal with you.

We had Beverly managing a rental for us and when we decided to go another route things went severely sideways. It took months to get monies owed to us and then at the end of the year she prepared tax documents incorrectly (in her favor of course). It was worse than pulling teeth to get them corrected. This lady is a piece of work. It's truly a wonder that she is still in business, much less still in town. In earlier days people like this would have been run out a long time ago.

The only thing they "manage" to do is collect the rent money so they can get their cut. They do NOT manage the property. They never check on the property and have on idea what goes on there. They rent to anyone and never follow up. I had no idea how bad it was until I started to get notices from code enforcement. After switching management companies it cost me $ 10,000 to clean up the mess and damage so it was livable again.

Beverly was nice at first, liked us from our meeting and by looking at our rental app, but was very PUSHY for us to sign a lease agreement THE DAY we met and spoke to her in her office (this was on a Wednesday). We were not going to sign a lease and rent a property by just seeing some pictures and without seeing it, who would?!

Failed to contact us back about an application status on a house after being told we would be contacted by the next day and never was. We called to find out about our application and were given a ridiculous attitude solely just for asking. We rented from Beverly Realty for 2 years. They really helped us find a rental quickly and were great to work with. Anytime that we had an issue come up at the home they immediately got a professional over to fix it. They were very attentive and professional. We so loved our rental and were very sad to leave it, we took very good care of the home and worked hard to ensure it was as nice when we left it as when we arrived in it. A highly unethical and dishonest group. My experience with Beverly is that she and her group will use any tactic in an effort to take your money. You will not get your deposit back on your rental and you will be treated like garbage in the process. Stay clear and do not enter into any contracts with this group.

Beverly is amazing!!! Growing up my parents always rented from her. Never had any problems. All the homes we lived in were clean and well maintained My parents adore her and this company. Now all grown up I will only rent from her! I and my 3 kids live in a nice home and the staff is always nice to me and my children. When ever there is a problem that needs to be fix they are on top of it and have the fixing company call in work orders that day. I love these guys and will always rent from them.

This is my first negative review. I rented a home in Genoa through this agency. I took photos of all defects before moving in and they were listed on the walk-thru checklist. Upon leaving the rental, Beverly Realty gave me no portion of my security deposit back. I asked why and they said for the "scratches" on the hardwood floor... Which I had proof were there before me. She said my whole deposit would be used to replace the flooring. It should have been done before I moved in then. We rented a house from Beverly Realty for 2 years after our house burned down in a wildfire, while we rebuilt. We contacted them with a couple of problems and questions and our concerns were handled promptly and resolved. We received a refund of almost all of our deposit in shorter time than we had been told to expect. Thankfully we will no longer be renting but I would recommend them.

We have rented from Beverly Realty a couple of times since 2002 and can honestly say Beverly and her staff, especially Liz and Jane, have always been courteous and professional. If there were any issues with the property, they were handled in a timely matter. We have always had our deposit refunded with no problems. Just do your part as a tenant, comunicate as needed, take care of where you live, pay your rent on time as agreed and everything can be a pleasant experience for all. I believe alot of these negative reviews have no merit. I would recommend Beverly Realty without hesitation.

First they accused me of having a sublet - because my retired father used to come over and hang out sometimes.
