Thi Spa & Nails is by far the best salon to come to in the city! Sandi, the owner, did my nails and made a fantastic impression. I had been shopping around the city for a salon that was the perfect blend of good prices + great techs + easily accessible. Thi Spa & Nails is IT!

Thi Spa & Nails is a solid nail salon to visit. The inside of nail spa is gorgeous and extremely clean with plush seating and chandeliers. Sometimes the staff will also offer you complementary tea. When I came I got my gel nail polish removed and the staff took their time soaking my fingers in acetone and wrapping them in aluminum foil as well as slowly buffing off the remaining gel. The nail technician even went above and beyond to give me a little hand massage. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is when the nail technician was filling my nails with the electric filer she kicked

Called and made an appointment for Sunday at 11am. We were only in the city for the day and I needed a fill and a pedicure. I'm a planner and so I knew making an appointment ahead of time would be the best way to minimize waiting. The woman on the phone took my name and asked what time I would like to arrive. She told me they were clear in the morning so 11am was a good time.
I walked over from our hotel at 11am and was told they didn't have my reservation on file and were fully booked at 11am. I offered to just wait but they said It was too long of a wait and to be back at 2 or 3.

Ive been to this salon twice and the experience has been the same both times. Customer service was very poor. Based on my experiences, they tend to treat the older customers with more enthusiasm and I was treated with the cold shoulder. I normally dont write reviews on yelp, but this salon is ridiculously expensive without having the quality to match their insane prices. I paid $57 (not including tip) for a gel pedicure, yet even the quality of the paint job was lackluster. When asking the nail salonist if she could fix certain spots, she would try to argue with me rather than be receptive to feedback

I come here all of the time and always get a great mani/pedi. I usually do a regular, but I've also gotten gel and dip manicures. They've also done repairs on a split nail which held up great. They have a wide selection of colors and polish brands and I always get more than a week from my regular polish.

To begin with, I wish I could give a great review, but unfortunately I will not be able to. The work is good depends on who does it. They don't say hello, they don't smile. Customer service is terrible. They treated me with indifference and are not friendly. I do not complain about the work they do, but how they treated me is very disappointing. I hope the owner Sandy or whoever is in charge can make some changes in how to treat a client regardless of the person's origin. I believe that every customer should be all treated the same way and NOT by appearances. Maybe next time I have

I love my nails. All of the nail techs here are very skilled. The manicure was so sturdy and gorgeous. I wanted a simple design and got pretty nice length so it was done really fast. They came out with beautiful shapes. This place is a real hidden gem! Seriously come here if you are looking for a great and relaxing salon!

They were able to accommodate my walk-in request on Saturday afternoon for a gel mani/pedi and did a great job! The technicians who took care of me were skilled, friendly, and careful. The whole staff was wearing masks. The salon is very clean and there was a great variety of gel color options. Prices were reasonable and they did my nails in record time! I was very pleased!

This was the WORST manicure I have ever received in my entire life. I wish I could give less than one star. The gel started chipping in 1.5 days and every day after that, another nail chipped. On top of that, I had a broken nail and the technician said she would take care of it and it wouldn't break bc of the special gel she was using. However, 5 days after my manicure, that also broke. Unfortunately, I was on vacation during this time and the gel manicure to me was useless.
I contacted the salon and they ignored my request for many, many days. I asked for a refund but all they offered

I haven't had such a great gel mani and pedi experience in a while. Thanks to Joana and Loan (my apologies if I misspelled your names ladies)! They were so welcoming, friendly and nice! They did an amazing job: my mani looks so cute, exactly what I wanted; and my pedi looks so clean and neat. Would definitely recommend this place!

I received a very poor service here. Sandy waxed my face and peeled my skin off close to my lip area. When i reached out to her to report how damaged my skin is and asked for my money back, she responded very carelessly and blocked my number.

Great little nail place with friendly staff and a relaxing setting. The salon was very clean and they were able to fit me in as a walk-in on a busy Sunday. The woman who gave me a manicure did not 2, not 3 but FOUR coats of Lincoln Park After Dark, so my nails looked great and lasted longer than usual.

Very uncomfortable chairs, not the typical massage chairs...no warm water jets for feet as it was just an over sized metal dog bowel type of dish with barely warm water in it... the ladies were sweet and the place was very clean. But for the high cost of services I was very disappointed in the lack of spa feel.

Love love love this place! The services is excellent, and they have a million nail color. The space is very relaxing and clean. I really enjoyed the flower water pedicure foot soak and warm lotion foot rub that come with the pedicure.
My gel manicure seem last longer than other nail salon.

If you are not wearing Gucci/Burberry/LV or any other luxury brands don't bother coming, unless you want to get somewhat neglected and below the bar service. The owner will treat you based on the way you dress and look. She likely will not provide caring service to your nails unless you look wealthy. They were really rough when performing the service, which caused the nail bed to separate from the nails and the pain will last for days. Do it at your own risk. Will not recommend.

My manicure was awful-nails were not filed well, the nail polish was put in a very irregular manner, that became even worse while dry. I had to take of nail polish in 3 hours after the manicure, file nails myself and also correct the cuticle. I needed to take off the shellac-under the nail polish I found leftovers of shellac and also nails are very damaged by the procedure of taking off the shellac. Also it is not clear how they deal with instruments-are they clean or not. Would not recommend this place.
