Serving both private and corporate clients in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Move Happy team helps people feel their best through effective therapeutic bodywork and massage. We use intuitive touch and knowledge of the human anatomy to calm the central nervous system while providing deep work to release persistent knots and adhesions, or "trouble areas."
Through a well-balanced combination of deep and soothing work, clients leave their session with increased mobility and often describe feeling relaxed and cared for. We are here to help you connect to your body and give you a container to let go and release.

Services
Whether through private session, corporate onsite programs or private group workshops the Move Happy team's mission is to help you MOVE HAPPY physically, mentally, and emotionally. When we experience day-to-day repetitive stress, emotional trauma, or have habitual poor posture it takes a toll on our bodies and affects how we engage in our lives.
The Move Happy team has visited our office twice a week providing massage, and self care workshops to our team over the past year. Each month, the release of the upcoming sign-up sheet creates quite a buzz. Our employees love and appreciate the break in their day to sink in and fully relax, and the positive impact Alexis has had on our company morale and productivity cannot be understated.
Every individual is unique with a unique set of needs and preferences, and our focus/ techniques may change from session to session. A short check-in will help us determine what will benefit you in this moment, and ultimately leave you feeling relaxed and with a newfound sense of movement. Rates do not vary based on techniques used to accomplish our goals.
We all want to give and receive love, to make one another feel loved, and touch is one of the most powerful ways to let someone know you are there. But how often do we come home from work and feel inclined or want to massage our partner? Or perhaps we tire out after just 5 minutes. Our hands hurt, we may not feel confident our partner enjoys it or we don't know how to ask them for what they want.

I can’t speak highly enough about Alexis and her sweet, calming teaching style... I was all in, but my hubby was a little nervous about it, but was immediately put at ease by her open and dynamic presence. We learned somany incredible techniques to massage each other (without hurting ourselves in the process!) and we have made it a

Alexis now conducts online partner workshops that are educational, fun and so relaxing. My boyfriend and I learned so much and his already excellent massage skills improved drastically.
We’ve been stuck at home (like everyone during the pandemic) and really missed our date nights. This was such a good at-home date night!! We connected, laughed, talked and enjoyed lovely massages from each other.
Alexis uses her calm and healing ways to educate and pass on her massage knowledge. She uses the care and effort that she’s used with me during in-person massages in her class; making it very
