What can I say first — wow. I have quickly fallen in love with 1643 Josephine Apartments after my tour with Ariel. She was excellent, I I already feel at home even though I haven’t signed the lease (yet). Great amenities, conveniently located near my job, and reasonably priced! What more can I ask for. I think this will be the perfect place for me.

So happy these apartments are finally ready. They are amazing. With being out of town the staff was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond anything I asked for. The location is amazing and centrally located. I picked the spot because it’s only a few minutes from the French quarter, casinos, saints stadium, and amazing restaurants. Can’t wait to make my move to New Orleans and get past 2020

I took a tour of these apartments a few days ago. This place has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful. Very secure and great amenities. Beautiful pool and well-equipped gym. They have super-fast internet and cable TV that is already hooked up and included in every apartment. They even have a smart apartment automation system to control the front door lock, thermostat and entry light from a cell phone app or Alexa. Love this place!
