Iforgot an expensive sweater there.Called day later, was found.Drove long way to pick up couple of days later.Found out that it was stolen in the meantime ,was treated in an arrogant way.
Correspondence afterwards full of dishonesty and commitments given but not held.
I don’t need anything from them but it’s sad to know that the place is run by people with no integrity.

Had a terrible experience at Alexander’s today. It is a great restaurant but must have hired the wrong manager. Someone who should never be in front of customers. Totally rude and disrespectful. I have been their frequent client in the last six years. Will not go back as long he is there. I real shame. Owners and customers deserve better. Right now do not recommend it.

Excellent food and friendly waitstaff. Outdoor seating has a garden atmosphere. Very nice all around experience.

The flavor of the macadamia nut encrusted grouper was outstanding and so to was the cioppino, only outdone by the service we received, which is greatly appreciated in this Covid time where restaurants are finding it difficult maintaining enough staff. Bravo!

Wonderful meal and even better service. The chef’s wife is an angel from above. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Chef Alex and his wife do an AMAZING job! Food was absolutely phenomenal. I mean once the butter came out and we saw the whipped consistency and the scallions mixed in, we knew this was going to be a treat lol. Pear drink was amazing and legit fresh purée. We had seafood risotto, grouper, the Salmon and of-course Alex’s special veal. Wow!!!! Please don’t forget dessert also. The tiramisu and gelato are just unlike anything you have had. Especially in Naples. Plus we saw the great Celtic Larry Bird eating here. Can blame the guy! Alex killer work!

Food here is EXCELLENT! Incredible! For appetizers we ordered Lettuce wraps which were FANTASTIC! They're served kind of like build your own tacos- they're served with a wonderful marinated duck, sticky jasmine rice, pickles onions, kimchi, and 2 different sauces. We also ordered the Octopus as an appetizer which was also great. The best thing about the Octopus is the wonderfully seasoned potato plank served with it. Just AMAZING!
For dinner, I ordered the Sea bass which was delish! My date ordered the crispy duck which is literally HALF a duck! So yummy.

Chicken salad was delicious. I also recommend the chocolate volcano for dessert. Sooo good. Service was also very good, our waiter was Rene. Very helpful.

The outside dining garden is special. We had the best waiter tonight. He couldn’t have been more attentive and knowledgeable. One of our favorite restaurants.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Naples. The food was fantastic! The staff is wonderful, from checking in with Patrice, to the serves, and wonderful bar tenders! They have a unique way of making you feel like family! Can't wait to return soon! -Margaret/Boston

Our meal here was extremely good. Every entre was perfectly prepared and wonderfully flavored without being too salty. The pours on the drinks were very generous, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
Lastly, the outdoor seating space was cozy and warmly lit with Propane heaters keeping us comfortable in the evening chill.
I can't wait to return to Alexander's again.

One of our favorite restaurant. Out door dining private and not in the street. Excellent food and menu specials . Romantic Heaters if needed . Our waiter was excellent. He was from Hungry and celebrated… his birthday today as our son . Delicious dessert choices. Had sorbet chocolate awesome . Black Grouper encrusted macadamia nuts . Vegetable and potatoes. Had a mix of appetizers. We were with 2 other couples.❤️

Nice night as always at Alexander’s. Patio is a special experience. Our waiter Josh made us feel like we were the only table he had. Food unique and delicious. We will be back.

We love Alexander’s! I am especially recommending during this pandemic! They took the disaster and really dug in to keep the business going! They are so organized and set you up to pick up in your car. They put in in the car for you! Very safe!!!!

Ordered Macadamia Crusted Grouper for take out tonight and it was delicious! Date Night Special was great value for money! Highly recommended!
