Josh Hood is very unprofessional RE, I have come across. I have sent texts and a call to him with not one response in a span of 2.5 weeks. Even if you did not want to help, a reply back would be nice…even better a explanation. I would never refer him or the company. Cause a employee is the face of their company.

Lydia (with Gables & Gates) is a fantastic, well respected realtor. She has 30 years of experience and it shows!! My husband and I followed her suggestions to sell our home and we knew she was good... but the truth speaks for itself! Our house in Knoxville sold in one day! About 7 hours to be exact. There were many other offers coming in as well. To say that we are satisfied is a great understatement!!! I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in search of a home or selling a home. DO NOT,....I SAY AGAIN,...DO NOT RELY on Dina Burson for professionalism, responsibility, nor reliability. She goes on vacation and does not have a back up realtor taking care of her current contracts, loose ends or contract issues. She shows her clients homes, which they cannot afford. The check for earnest monies does not get deposited. Proof of not qualifying for the loan was never provided. Calls are not returned

I leased a property from Gables & Gates from July '11 to July '12. When I contacted G & G about the property I was unable to reach the leasing agent, James Anderson. I called multiple times and left multiple messages with my contact information. Finally, Mr. Anderson contacted me and apologized for not contacting me sooner because he had "written my number down wrong." During the lease term I contacted Mr. Anderson multiple times about maintenance problems and did not receive communication back from Mr. Anderson. I was finally directed to a new property manager, Caroline Vaughan. Again I communicated
