We were looking for a rental property for a 1031 exchange. Nico was very professional, patient and helpful. He understood what we were looking for and the short time frame we had to find a property and then close on it. Due to the crazy housing market and our initial decision to look in two different locations about 100 miles apart he provided lots of information from local realtors, checked with city and county planning departments for rental rules on the many properties we asked him to review for us.

Nico was INCREDIBLE to work with! It can be extremely stressful buying your first home, but Nico was patient in answering all of our questions and constantly checked in with us. He’s professional and responsive and the process was smooth from start to finish. Nico made it happen and we were able to close in less than 30 days! Working with Nico during the sale of my condo actually made it a fun learning experience and not a chore. Every little detail was professional and prompt from organizing the initial photos ( amazing quality), to sending out and collecting necessary documentation, negotiating with the buyer, and even getting my place clean and ready for the next owner. I was always kept in the loop and made aware of each step of the process. With everything, bumps were encountered along the way and were resolved with no stress.
