DON'T DO IT!! We contacted them and inquired about a property, the lady told us to meet an agent at the property, we waited for 45 minutes and they never showed up, fast forward 2 weeks, against our better judgement we went back to view another home, it needed major repairs.... I made my situation very clear (I needed to move with in 3 weeks) so Doreen promised it would all be taken care of and move in ready by 12/30/21, as of 12/28/21 the window in the front of the house is still busted and there's garbage in the yard and in the outdoor closet, I called and no answer so I showed up and expressed

Absolutely awful when it comes to communicating. I've called for about 2 months for a repair and nobody answers the phone. When someone DOES answer, they switch me to the repairs department which continues to ring, then goes to voice-mail. They tell me that the person who is stationed at the repairs is away, and they never tell me when she's coming back. They don't really seem to care about talking to their residents. Awful service, empty apologies.

Whoever this Amber Jackson is...she's rude. Your company needs to get rid of her. If you have another property requesting rental history, you honor that. It should not cost to receive that information. Also, when I called ( I called three times before receiving an answer) Amber or whoever I spoke to, could have saved me the trouble and told me there was a charge to request rental history. However, they were rude and seemed rather rushed. A good property starts with proper management...and this is not it.

I currently tried to rent from these people 2222 SkyView Drive...The house was left dirty rust stains spider webs throughout the house refrigerator nasty back door with no locks .I video taped the house took pictures and went to the office to show the people the lady said she did not have time to watch the video because it was 12 mins long but she talked to me for at least 30 mins.Ver poor services Amber should be ashamed herself it's a shame they want people money tis bad....

This had to have been the worse experience ever I did not receive a receipt after submitting my application they have not contacted me at all! when I called them a week later around noon the Nice lady told me they were closed , i wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone and i don’t trust these people with my social security number , i don’t suggest u do any type of business with them unless u are scamming with them !

This company is far from professional. They get you to pay the application fee and & do whatever that is required then they go M.I.A. It don’t matter how many times you call their phone, they never answer or at least try to get in touch with you. When you finally get in touch with them they say the property you applied for is no longer available. At this point they are just collecting everyone’s application fee & running with it.

Drove a hour to the office that was open but locked, sign on door says facemasks must be worn to enter, yet i was not allowed to enter and no one there was wearing a mask. I saw small child of an employee sitting inside, so childcare must not be a thing. I asked about a property your website listed as going on the market on 4/1/21 yet was told it had already been rented bc someone drove by when they where fixing it up and put down a deposit.
