NUCCA Chiropractic is a gentle, precise, and effective procedure to correct spinal imbalances. NUCCA Chiropractic focuses on the top two bones of the neck and their relationship to the skull. NUCCA Chiropractic restores the head and neck alignment to a more optimal position restoring the center of gravity of the spine.
NUCCA is gentle, precise, and effective approach to spinal care. NUCCA focuses on a region of the spine known as the Upper Cervical spine or Cranio-cervical junction. This region consists of the base of the skull and the first two cervical (neck) vertebrae. The upper cervical region of the spine is by far the most unique region of the spine.
Pain is the interpretation and perception of the noxious stimulus of nociception. Pain is not punishment, pain is information. Information telling your brain that a tissue has been damaged and the function of that area must be changed to protect it from further injury. NUCCA returns the head and neck to proper alignment restoring the proper center of gravity to the spine.
Vertigo or dizziness is caused by a mismatch in the sensory inputs that are responsible for maintaining your posture. We conduct specific tests in the office to determine the role of your posture in your dizziness. NUCCA restores balance to your posture correcting the mismatch in the sensory input to your brain.

Happily found Gravity Spinal * Dr. Van is thorough , creative and compassionate. He barely touches my neck , and wake up feeling relief. I have been regularly adjusted for the past 6 or so years, typically once per week, for maintenance. However, I’ve been on a road trip for the past two months and when I made it to the west coast I knew it was time for my next adjustment (going 3 to 4 weeks between visits + sitting for too many hours is a pain in the neck!) Brandon is by far the best chiropractor I have ever been to. I have had history of multiple lower back issues along with neck problems that have been resolved through his chiropractic care.
