Mr. Cardenas has extensive experience in automobile negligence, premises liability, intentional torts, and insurance law. He is fluent in Spanish. Omar Cardenas spent several years of his childhood living in Bogota, Colombia. He came back to the United States at the early age of 7 and spent the majority of his life in central New Jersey.
A former public defender and corporate litigation attorney, Mr. Palaidis is experienced in criminal defense, bicycle accidents, intentional torts, contract disputes, and other civil litigation. George C. Palaidis was born and raised in Tarpon Springs, on the west coast of Florida. After graduating from Florida State University, he received his Juris Doctorate at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida.
Anna is a compassionate advocate with experience in family law, personal injury, class action litigation, guardianships, and involuntary commitments. She brings her considerable experience, attention to detail, and compassion to every case. Anna was born and raised in Springville Alabama, just northeast of Birmingham.
Mr. Mehan is a trial attorney who represents injured victims in pursuing justice. His prior experience defending insurance companies provides him with a unique perspective. Martin D. Mehan was born in the Chicagoland area of Illinois, but spent the majority of his youth in South Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville and then returned to Chicago to study law at The John Marshall Law School.
Katherine was born in Stamford, CT and as a child moved to South Florida from Medellin, Columbia where she has worked in the legal community focusing on personal injury law since 2004. Since joining Gelch & Associates in 2010, Katherine has worked in the pre-litigation department. She takes pride in working diligently to assist clients in all aspects of their case.

I was referred to Gary Gelch’s office through a family member whose case he handled. My accident happened close to Thanksgiving but that didn’t stop Gary or his staff from getting right to work on my case.
