I went for foot reflexology. It clearly states that it's a 40 min foot massage, a 10 min neck massage and a 10 min head massage. Instead, I received a deep tissue massage that was extremely painful. They never asked about my medical history. This guy even massaged my butt, which is new to me! I felt molested by the end of the session and in extreme pain. I have issues with stiffness in my legs due to a medical condition and yet he tried to bend my legs up to my back while laying on my stomach. I wanted to scream! I never received the 40 min foot massage. I won't be going back! Beware

WORST PLACE EVER! Don't go here! It's so shady. I bought a Groupon for a 60 mins Swedish massage. I called to make an apt and someone quickly answered and said okay fine come in. Didn't ask for name, phone number of anything. When I arrived, I had to knock on the door because it was locked. Once I was let in, they locked the door behind me. Why would they lock the front door? I immediately got a creepy vibe and the place was dirty. I was led into a room where I was asked to undress. No place to out my clothes at all. No chair, hook or anything. When I got on the table there was nothing

This was the worst massage I have ever had. When I called for an appointment, they were short with me but let me know I could walk in that evening. (Never a good sign.) Once I arrived, I was told to change in the room with no chair or anything. Nothing like pulling off snow boots standing up or with your legs dangling off the massage table. The man who entered never introduced himself or spoke to me at all and clearly had no training. His hands shook the whole time he "massaged" me, using no technique or deep tissue anything, OVER cheap rough towels on my body that were scratchy and weird

You know how sometimes you've been at the computer too long and you just need a quick 15 massage to loosen those back muscles? You don't want to disrobe, don't have a whole hour, and don't want to bother with an advance appointment? That's me, all the time. And I just discovered this place today and I will be going back.
I called, said I wanted a 20 minute chair massage, I can get there in 15 minutes, how much will it be, and the guy (who speaks enough English, yay!) says $20. OK, perfect!
I walk over, take off my jacket, shoes, and glasses while the guy is lining

I have similar experiences with the other reviewers regarding the reservation process. First it appears that you could reserve online and you get an automated email saying they received the request but you never get an acknowledgement either on email or a call back. And true when you call them, you can easily get an appointment without them taking your name or number. Weird but okay. Now I was running spic and span with my errands and realized I could come in earlier so I called them as asked if i could. The lady said that I couldn't, that I should arrive on my appointment. I should not

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was given a massage by a young man that was not certified in massage therapy. It was a horrible massage. I asked for a deep tissue and he very lightly rubbed oil on my body. Afterwards (why I stayed the whole 60 minutes, I don't know!), I asked if he had ever been to school or been trained and he said "No, I just work here." This was a Groupon gone wrong and they have done nothing to help me get my money back. I'm very disturbed by this experience. It is against the law to not be certified! They are breaking the law! I got duped by this place. Please don

I made an appointment 1 week in advance and when I arrived today 10 mins early a lady was coming out of the door. She was locking up and told me that I had to come back at 12:30 even when I explained to her I made an appointment. I could not come back as I arranged my day around this appointment. She did not apologize and did not seemed concerned. I would not recommend this business.

Another GroupOn treasure. I love reflexology massages and foot spas. This one does not disappoint. It's pretty standard across the board. The massage was great and the foot soak was relaxing. It is a bit noisier than other spas but it isn't a deal breaker and prices are comparable. I only got the 30 minute massage but will be returning for the full hour one very soon.

I had been to Happy Feet in the past and liked it. This place was a whole different experience. I thought it was better that their was more privacy but they ask you to strip down (normal for a massage) but then there is only a small bath towel to cover with. Plus the "deep tissue" is just friction on the skin, very little pressure on the muscle tissue itself. Would not come back.

I had the same experience as Meghan. Additionally another issue: I told the front desk j had a groupon and she redeemed it. she put me in a room and the therapist started with full body instead of reflexology. I figured that was fine. What I didn't expect however and will never forget is that the front desk lady banged on the door and walked in during my massage to talk to me about the service and what the new price would be if i continued. Like Meghan said, there was no sheet so I felt exposed. It was insane. The massage was very good. The business side of things on the other hand

Worst experience in the history of reflex. Went with a friend yesterday. there was only 1 practitioner there. The woman at the desk tried to pretend she was a practitioner also but it was ridiculous. All she did was rub my calf and foot for 20 minutes...this is not reflexology. I literally had to sit up and tell her, "enough, go to other foot". I was hoping it would get better because it was my friend's first time and I didn't want to spoil it for her. If the treatment wasn't bad enough, the "woman-pseudo-practitioner" kept leaving me to answer phone and door

I came here with a Groupon for $27 one hour reflexology foot massage. Their regular price is $40 for same service but right now they are offering the same deal of $27 to walk ins. I was thrilled with my service. The place is very clean and comfortable. I found free street parking easily on Belmont less than 1 block away. I got about 10 mins of scalp, neck, arm, and back massage and the rest of the time was spent on my feet. My feet feel wonderful and I am going to try to get the same service once a month. I did not wait even a minute and my visit was on a Saturday. I highly recommend this

I came here on a Groupon. When I scheduled the appointment I was clear that I had one and what service I was requesting. When I arrived, they had me down for a different service and I had to wait over 20 minutes for a therapist. I was perplexed because I didn't see a single person in the place. Overall a nice service but I'll stick with either Fit Foot or Relax Feet.

I just got a massage here because of a Groupon deal. The place is really nice inside. My biggest issue was the bed. Every place I have gotten a massage at has a cloth cover that completely covers the face hole. This place had a wash cloth folded as a strip just sitting on it. So my face was actually touching the face thing which is kind of gross. Every place I have ever gotten a massage at has a sheet and blanket on the bed that you climb under and they just uncover a specific body part as they go along. This place had a bath towel on me, so most of my body was exposed the entire time I was laying

Today i was surprised to find à new massage spa around my neighhood. I'm glad that i walked in.
THE first thing grabbed my attention was their Japanese theme, including these pretty Japanese dolls, wood benches, and lamps. Moreover, the people in THE front desk was Nice and talkative. They even gave me à special offer because I lived in this neighhood. What à sweet business owner!
Then I tried the deep tissue massage since I always has sore, tight muscle on my shoulders. THE room was clean and neat with aroma candle. THE massage was great- she was experienced. THE whole process was relax
