I'm not one to give poor reviews, it has to be a pretty disappointing experience for me to give less than three stars. And the only reason Windy City Massage is getting two stars instead of one is because my masseuse was very kind.

My husband and I are celebrating our 27th Wedding Anniversary in Chicago. We chose Windy City Massage as part of our special weekend. Carlos and Octavia were AMAZING!!! My husband even fell asleep during his session! I felt tension being released in my entire body! I highly recommend this team!!! Thanks for an awesome experience!

Friendly and helpful staff. There was a discrepancy between the listed price and my invoice and they rectified the issue right away when I contacted them. Laura was professional, used the right amount of pressure and was attentive to the areas I asked her to focus on. I went with a body treatment and I think overall the treatment itself tried to accomplish too much in 80 minutes; I would have liked more time spent on the massage. But that may also be my own fault for choosing a body treatment over a massage. The face mask was amazing. All in all I would definitely go back, just for a massage instead

Incredibly disappointing experience with the spa customer service at London House. London house spa is misrepresenting the encounter by saying we received a massage / they provided a service which they did not.
My wife and I booked a couples massage with a Groupon to kick off a fun day in the city and, due to traffic and terrible GPS directions, we were running late. We called and left a voicemail for the spa to let them know the situation.
We walked into the spa about 20-25 minutes late, already feeling stressed, anxious, and awful that we were so late. We felt even worse when we were greeted

I tried to book a couples massage here with a Groupon I purchased. I left 3 voicemails, emails and called the front desk and no one could get back to me to book an appointment. Every time you call the phone number they list (312 374 1829) it goes straight to voicemail. The Godfrey Spa also connects to their number and still goes to voicemail. Very disappointed. Not sure if they have something against Groupon, I would have just booked directly if they had someone actually answering

I had a massage today at the Westin on Michigan Ave with Jeff from Windy City and it was not only excellent, it was therapeutic and educational. I learned a lot about my muscles - main, assisting and opposite. Jeff also taught me a few stretches that I can do daily. All in all, it was one of the most memorable and valuable massages I've had in a very long time! Thank you!

I used a Groupon for a massage at LondonHouse Chicago and what a great deal that was, money well spent! The space was very nice, clean, and relaxing. Leticia was the one who gave me a massage and she was great, also very nice. After your massage you get a free glass of champagne, what more can you ask for? Definitely going back! :)

I had a honey drizzle massage with Trina at the spa @ the LondonHouse Hotel in Chicago. She was amazing, friendly, and professional! I loved that she mixes her own oils and the addition of spearmint and eucalyptus around my neck at the end was so soothing and refreshing in contrast to the sweet and soft honey scent. We get regular chair massage in our office. Our current provider called this morning saying they weren't going to make it and couldn't find us a replacement. This is something all of us look forward to so I quickly googled on site massage and came across Windy City Massage. I spoke to Jeanette who was able to have someone here within the hour, I was shocked. I let her know what we pay with our other provider and she was even happy to price-match. Watch out for these scam artists. They advertise as Windy City but when you show up to the Michigan avenue location, it's actually Body Rituals "boutique" spa and by boutique they mean a dingy room in a hotel lobby. When I called to complain and cancel they said no worries, but called back 20 min after I left to tell me that they'll be charging me anyway because thy have a 24h cancellation policy.
The employee on the phone is Kiera - she's horrible and rude and expect her to deny things she told you just 20 min earlier.

Every muscle aches, you feel crummy.....this place will send a magician with great hands and aromatherapy to make you feel better. ANASTASIA CAME TO MY HOME AND MADE MY MUSCLES RELAX. Now all I need to do is install a steam room near my family room and it would be perfect. The timing was perfect and she was prompt as well as a great masseuse. Can't wait to do it again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She was very professional and did a great job with the massage. My other half received a 90 min massage from her and it was quite helpful for the lower back tension he was feeling.
He said the therapist utilized the time effectively and covered all the areas of focus with in the time allotted.
There was a miscommunication with the booking and Tanya sent someone our right away to fix the error and she was very attentive of the situation.

My masseuse Julie was great! I love that there is a spa service that will come to your hotel. Feeling super relaxed! I paid a bit more for it than I expected but that's my fault for not checking pricing on the website. I have to admit that I was half expecting something shady and so glad it wasn't! Julie was a complete professional the entire appointment. Makes me realize that I need a massage more frequently.
