Stereotypical cheap mass produced chinese food. Rather do small mom and pop restaurant. Food was cold...will never do this again.

Well for starters. Some of the food was cold. Salty, to hard to chew. Not cooked right. They had stuff listed on the glass that was NOT out or didn't have any of it. We even noticed that people didn't even leave a tip. One person left them a not on their bill. So we won't be going back at all.

Food was great! I wish they tried to keep it cleaner but they were busy so maybe they usually are cleaner. There was napkins all over the floor.

I used to eat at this place ALL THE TIME, I will absolutely NEVER be back. The food was mediocre AT BEST. My 3 year old ate 4 peices of broccoli and got a drink and was still charged $12 for her. The food was disgusting and I didn't even finish my plate and I love Chinese food. The bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING, floor was wet everywhere ( not from being cleaned) toilet paper everywhere, no soap, literally nothing was clean and I felt like I had to shower after leaving the bathroom. The people working were not friendly and did not have a clue what they were doing. It was a horrible visit.

Waste of money! Went with my wife last night and no ice machine so they served warm soda then I get back to table with my food only to immediately find hair in my food, rock hard sesame chicken and my wife sweet and sour chicken was raw do have photos to authenticate.

Second week in a row coming here. Food is great. There is a lot of variety, including a top notch salad bar. I was also surprised with the dessert selection (puddings, plain donuts, pie bites). The food in my experience has always been warm and fresh. The waitresses are attentive and fast. You can not beat the price either. A trip to a fast food place or a chain restaurant would cost much more for less food. Also, free refills. Will be coming back more often and can't believe I just tried this place for the first time.

Well what can you say.. Its a standard Chinese buffet experience. They have all of the standard fare you'd expect.
There have been complaints of people getting sick after coming, but you get that with most buffets. I'd encourage people to stay away from the sushi though because it likely sits out all day.
All in all, not much to complain about, but not much to write home about either. Service is always decent and the buffet area seems clean. It's also your only choice for a Chinese buffet in Watertown!

Loved this place. It was big but not crowded. Very very clean. The service was on point. The buffet was very well stocked always full and always warm food.
