Extremely dissapointed. Came with my family from golden beach to try the food here. We had a baby and were waiting and we were not even greeted. Not once. Once we called for someones attention amd finally got it, they sat us down. We were stitting there like odiots for over 20 minutes and not one server even made eye contsct with us thereafter. The wait was even the biggest issue. The lack of acknowledgement of your customers is no way to run a business.

After being very disappointed by the quality of service (even at high end restaurants) on this vacation, we were blown away by Henry. He was friendly, helpful, and refreshing to have such a great brunch experience. The food was awesome!!! We would strongly recommend and will definitely return on this vacation.

Listen I eat here 6 years. If you take care of yourself and waht to eat healthy this is the place for you. Food is alway fresh, everything cooked from scratch. No artificial tastes, nothing fat or unhealthy. I live in front of cafe and I use to order deivery every day. Sometimes need to wait long because they have only once cook and he cooks like at home. I would book this Cook to work me at home for my kids. This means everything.

Best cafe on the plaza. Food is absolutely delicious whatever you go with. Fresh smoothies are amazing. Love their syrniki, absolutely homemade style. Always are coming back even if not staying around.

My husband and I are staying in Sunny Isles beach and did not rent a car so the options in walking distance were limited for breakfast. I was very impressed with this cute cafe! There are a lot of different menu items for breakfast to choose from and good portion sizes. The service was great as well. We both got the Smoked Salmon eggs Benedict & it was delicious!

I went there to try something different didn't realize it was a Russian restaurant which was different. Everything looked nice from the pictures however that was not the case. The pancakes look like they were pre-made, bacon was salty and in the receipt you can see I was charged $2.95 for crispy meat. Asked for an Arnold palmer and they made it wit green tea But other than those hiccups Everything else was good

The food was terrific. The service was horrible. As a part time server myself, I'm overly kind about slow service...stuff happens. Today was just bad service. We waited 17 minutes for someone to acknowledge us & only happened then because I walked up to someone & asked for help. My grand daughter ordered a Belgian waffle, which came almost 10… minutes after everyone else's meal. We had to ask for syrup. That never came until, once again, I had to get up and go to the counter and ask for it so she could eat her barely lukewarm waffle. A great experience isn't just made up of great

We tried this cafe while visiting Sunny Isles Beach/Miami. We had the Hawaiian pizza and it was the best pizza we've had. Everything was so fresh tasting, cooked perfectly, and the staff was very nice. We ate in the cafe one night, and ordered delivery to the Trump hotel tonight. I would highly recommend this place because you can feel good about the healthy and fresh ingredients being used and it is absolutely delicious with great service!

My family and I went there for Sunday breakfast expecting a nice experience. The place has great potential; however, the staff is clueless. The waitress asked us 3 times to confirm our order, and she brought out each drink (coffee) one at a time and we sat with no silverware or napkins until the food actually arrived. The food items also arrived one at a time but one of our entrees (pancakes) never was served. We asked 2 different waitresses about the pancakes and one said the computer system went down and that order was not submitted and the other waitress said they ran out of pancake batter

Wonderful experience here. Had a fantastic server who was very attentive to our needs. Everyone from the staff was extremely welcoming. The food was delicious. I had a breakfast sandwich with the dressed salad and fruit. The caramel iced latte really hit the spot on the hot day. Definitely coming back here.

Terrible experience...telling people they are too busy to make something that’s on their menu. Switching ingredients because they ran out without asking before meal is prepared. Telling people we’re too busy instead of saying the wait will be 15-20 min

I don't know if it was just post-spring break and they are worn out but drinks took forever, most of the food came out surprisingly fast and was amazing, the male server was extremely kind and got us what he was able to constantly. However it took forever for a server to get to us, and it felt like we were putting them out every time we asked for something.
Again, I understand if spring break really did a number on them and they had been dealing with mean/rude customers, but we tried to be kind and outgoing from the start. I don't think if I had plans for the day that I'd stop

I found a great family place and kid friendly. Excellent fast service with a smile. The place is cozy and has a home feeling to it. Food is fresh and delicious: from appetizers to desserts. A lot of great choices for everyone. Friendly staff. Very clean. Everyone will find something yummy. Highly recommend this place.

Ordered three lattes , they brought one and it's been twenty minutes we are waiting for another two lates.
Ordered egg Benedicts and desert, they've brought desert in 15 minutes, still no Benedicts.
First Benedict they brought in 40 minutes. And we are still waiting for the second one. We wanted to have breakfast together with my friends, turned out we have to eat at the different time even we came in together.
Horrible service and stupidest organization.

Very bad service. Workers do not know how to speak with a potential customers!!! I was waiting for waitress for 20 min and when I try to speak to somebody they answered to me very in very aggressive mood. I totally understand that they are busy, but still you have to be more polite with your costumers!!! P.S. I try to get juice from this place for two times and still the same customer service!!!

1/5 stars for the service. We tried to eat here twice during our stay. We only attempted twice because our friend said the food was amazing. The restaurant seemed very disorganized. We waited around for a table and finally got one but the staff wouldn't help us get another chair because they said they were very busy. No one came to us to give us menus but meanwhile a family that got a table after us received their menus and drinks promptly. Let's just say we won't be making a third attempt.
